I decided to go with Mr. Remo because of the time he took to look at the project and point out areas that could be improved. He gave me a quote at that time and although he was higher than a previous quote, I immediately trusted that he would repair and make my porch stairs safe and sturdy. I was not disappointed. The price was worth every penny and I would not hesitate to work with him on any future projects. His card says "quality, the old fashioned way" and he delivered. He completed in the time he said and I am very pleased with the outcome.

Project included replacing beams supporting front porch covering/roofing as well as rebuilding exterior planter box/shelving under second story corner window. On time. On budget. Professional in every way. A truly stunning result. Remo construction repaired our structurally unsound gazebo in a wind-prone location, in triple digit temperatures. He genuinely cares about quality and creating the best outcomes. For us, this involved discussing many possible solutions. He suggested adding braces of both wood and metal to improve the structural integrity of the gazebo. The metal braces are a critical component that he derived from the specific windy conditions of our property. Then he researched this addition and figured out how to shape them to the unique structure of the gazebo. He did a beautiful job of adapting an imperfect structure into a safe and beautiful one. He and his team were diligent, working through extremely hot weather to finish our job on schedule. He was fastidious, and always cleaned the worksite before leaving each day. We would absolutely hire him and his team again.

Had some termite and dry rot damage to siding on an old 1901 homeâ Remo construction was able to remove and replace with identical siding and trim to keep me from having to replace the whole building â saved a ton of moneyâ ¦

Avram understood what needed to be done right away. He explained the options to me, and let me decide what was to be done. He was intelligent, kind, a straight shooter, no bs. He did the work quickly and carefully. Then he cleaned up! Miracle! The repair is strong and attractive. I'll hire him to do more work in the near future.

Arrived on time, completed project on time and cleaned up entire site. Excellent work - I was really concerned about the extensive dry rot damage but everything was expertly cut away problem areas and repaired all wood and looks better than new. Even primed all the wood to make it easy for the painters. Highly recommend.

Remo construction did an excellent job on all the siding repair, building a a new roof over front porch & construction of a new covered patio for us. He used the best wood & materials . The work was beautifully done & he is a pleasure to work with.. I highly recommend him & we will definitely hire him again in future!

Avram Remo repaired my damaged roof rafter tails. Usually the ends are cut off and a fascia board is added. I wanted to maintain the look of the 4â  by 8â  tails so they had to be shortened but maintain the same curvature on the end of the tail. Mr. Remo knew exactly what to do and did a beautiful job. He also repaired some damaged areas on a French window. Mr. Remo is very knowledgeable and uses the best materials for his repair work. Being on time and cleaning up afterwards is another big plus. I will defiantly use his expertise on any future projects.
