Mike runs a very professorial business, his worker was on time. It was nice to get the price before the job starts. The job was to repair to carpet holes caused by my new puppy. I was surprised how quickly I got a response from Mike the owner. I had barely typed in the request at this site and my phone rang asking me as to how they can help. Ken, who did the work was very polite on the phone and in person. He was before time (how often does that happen?) and explained the process in detail and made us comfortable of the chemicals being used. My son has allergy problem and we wanted to make sure that does not get aggravated. Overall very satisfied. I would recommend them wholeheartedly. Eric was very professional, explained things, took great care to protect laminated floooring. Arrived on time. Both guys did a great job and I especially liked the On Line service because that help cut down on the research on companies in the area. Mike was also very professional and helpful. Great job guys.

The men did a great job and had to work extra hard because we weren;t properly prepared and there were alot of items they had to move, plus furniture before the wrinkle repair and the Carpet Cleaning. They were very couteous and friendly and stuck to the job at hand throughout with professionalism. We would definitely call them again.

Mislead pricing on Landlord discount. Jacked up service price and offered items not needed. They wanted to discuss the issues but I felt it would have done no good. Very dissatisfied with quote and lack of integrity.

Mike was very attententive and ensured that all my carpet care needs were met. I will use Pro Carpet Care again in the future to keep my carpets clean!
