Dry walled where ever they made any cuts (very few.) Price does not include cost of fans which we purchased. Work was very clean no dust issues and minimal dry wall cutting.

Description of Work: They installed 6 recessed lights in the living room. Installed a ceiling fan in bedroom (with remote control) with no prior ceiling fan wiring. Installed a ceiling fan in family room with remote control. The ceiling fans I had to purchase prior to the install. Installation went quickly and all with no mess. They laid plastic sheeting on and around everything. My wife is already looking for new projects for them to do.

Description of Work: I replaced two florescent bulbs with two recessed halogen lights in my laundry room. I also had a fire detector removed which they said they could only push up into the ceiling/attic because it was hard wired. My only complaints are: the drywall in the laundry room ceiling has a crack about 4" long. They also recommended I put two recessed lights in my very small laundry room instead of one. I was concerned that the room would be too bright since these new halogen bulbs were more than three times brighter than my two florescent bulbs, but they insisted I would want two. The room is overwhelmingly bright! Sometimes I'm okay with the brightness, but other times such as early in the morning, it's too shocking. I wish I would have gone with my gut instinct. The only other issue was the the drywall on the ceiling where the fire detector was. It needed to be knocked down more, but the drywall was too damp. They told me to take sand paper and knock it down a bit more once it was more dry. I believe the crack in the laundry room ceiling and this issue with the upstairs drywall was due to impatience and not wanting to wait around for things to dry. They need to put in this extra time to finish the job correctly. Now I'll have a crack in the laundry room ceiling until I pay another drywall company to repair.

Description of Work: Replaced box lighting in the kitchen with crown molding and LED lighting. Installed a couple recessed lights and replaced a light fixture outside. |It went great. The pricing was very reasonable. I had gotten several other quotes from licensed and unlicensed contractors and all of them were around the same price. After reading the reviews and meeting Andrew, I was confident they would be the best for my job. They sent two younger guys who were very pleasant and professional. They retextured the ceiling so everything would flow. They communicated well on what they were doing. The only thing they didn't do was paint, but I knew that ahead of time. It looks 100% better! I actually have them coming back to give me a quote on coaxial cable installation next. I'd post a picture, but I don't see how I can attach one.
