After talking to Mauro on his cell phone Friday 4/9/21 while driving, told me he had done Aleko awning installation before, had experience with this company. He said he would be available to do my Aleko 16 x 10 patio retractable awning installation the next day after approving his contractual agreement he would send me when he got back to the office, That evening, he emailed me the agreement, my wife & I OK'ed it. He came promptly at 1:00pm Saturday with his assistant. He looked over the box with the awning and all its related parts and began to put it together, I watched them from afar, it appeared by their workmanship, they knew what they were doing. After 3 1/2 hours, they were finished the installation and explained to my wife and I, the operating of the retractable awning with the hand held remote. 5 days later, it's still working, we're happy that Mauro was able to install the retractable awning. 5 stars ...

Mauro and Veronica make a great team! Veronica was always responsive via phone call or text. The motorized awning we ordered was delivered earlier than expected. When Mauro realized the integrity of our stucco might not be adequate to hold the awning, he suggested a modification that would be stronger. We are very happy with the end result. Thank you!

The team worked well together to achieve the best possible outcome. They did the best they could with an Aleko awning that is not the top of the Line, that was assembled by me. So it works well and does what itâ s supposed to do , give shade. They tacked the power cord neatly on the wall.

Called several other awning companies to repair broken arms made by an out of business company. Most said 'we don't do those". MQ response was to come and look things over. Then gave me a quote to replace the arms and shoulders. They were back in a few days and copleted the job in less than an hour. Recommend this independent who can problem solve rather than the big names. A ery positive experience.
