I received two quotes from Home Advisor recommended roofing contractors and ultimately chose JNL Roofers. Both were very professional. JNL offered a bit more limited project at a lesser price. I was pleased with their approach during the estimate visit, the actual roof repair and followup by JNL management onsite--literally on the roof. They were attentive and professional in evaluating our needs for this repair. I would definitely use them again.

Roof tiles had been displaced and broken in a recent storm. Zach was wonderful in assessing repair, applying roof cement, and replacing roof tiles on the first visit. I appreciated the prompt and thorough service. The next day it rained, there were no leaks, and the tiles look great.

Two ridge caps needed to be reattached and a third one which was installed incorrectly by a previous roofer corrected. The JNL guy also corrected any other loose ridge caps. (forgot his name) I would not hesitate to use this company again.

Had a leak in one section near a chimney and the valley of the roof. Talked to two roofers and chose JNL. They came out as promised an on time. After work was done we had more rain and still had some leakage. Notified JNL and they immediately came out and corrected the problem. Leaks can be tricky and some roofers will not do repairs.

Joe, the owner was very professional and answered all of our questions. we didn't feel ANY pressure to choose his company and he was readily available from the beginning to end. His workers did a great job. The cleanup went well. He is very trustworthy.

Nick was very informative and kept me updated on each part of the repair work.

Project: Fascia board replacement on steel roof. I have a steel roof that has the appearance of wood shake with a fine stone finish.. The fascia boards on the roof were all rotted and eaten by termites and needed replacement. The section of the roof that needed attention was mostly on the second storey. The scope of the work involved removing the roof rakes/edge metal tiles to access the fascia boards for removal and replacement and then re-installing all of the roof rakes bake. There were other minor repairs done too. We also had Nick and crew paint all four sides of the fascia prior to installation. Nick and his crew did what they said they would do in a swift and workmanlike manner. They knew what they were doing and performed to perfection. Kudos and thanks to JNL Roofing for making this a painless process..

This roofer is extraordinarily knowledgeable and a competent performer. Fixed the problem and uncovered a developing challenge as well. His price was less than anticipated.

I worked with Nick over at JNL and he was fabulous. I had two minor leaks in my roof and after getting multiple quotes from many different companies, I went with JNL. They were very upfront about their work, and did not try to overcharge for the work done. They were open and honest the entire time, and willing to take the time to really work with you as a homeowner. They made the entire experience so nice and stress free. I even have a house that connects to my neighbor's and they fixed parts of my neighbors roof that could have a chance of becoming a problem for mine at no extra charge. Integrity like that is very hard to find. I am so thankful to Nick and his crew for fixing my roof.

They were on time, fairly clean and neat, and finished on time. My roof looks very nice.
