He outlined the plan and detailed exactly how he would accomplish it. He was very clear and complete. It was exactly the quality and completeness I was looking for. I knew right away this was a relationship that I was going to be pleased with. We worked out the financial arrangements, which I was pleased with, Signed the contracts and they were ready to begin the project right away.
