ON TIME, CORRECT ESTIMATE

Trouble shooting is not easy; however, Rene Sussman is the guy who you should trust.

I paid for service 1/26/16 and 5/06/16 and I am still calling company to finish job which was paid for fully. Multiple missed appointments and no call from electrician. Technician arrived twice for 3 hours and still did not complete installation of Hot Water Heater with new fuse and wiring to pool. Left Pool disconnected for weeks always promising and never returning. Emails to company headquarters produced no movement and more empty promises. Purchased a Hot Water Dispenser for Kitchen on their recommendation and it still sits in original box from purchase in January. They replaced the electrical panel and left broken Dry Wall in Garage and never replaced GFI outlets as promised in main house.

Came over same day as request and got the job done quickly and efficiently. Result looked great.

Servicemen worked at a steady pace. First diagnosis was not correct. They had to retrace their steps until issue was finally identified.

I really like it when I am given specific price for a project and what am quoted is what I pay! No if's, no and, no but. Just what was quoted and nothing more. The service was excellent, He got to my place assessed the job, gave me price, did the job to perfection, presented me the bill for what was quoted, I paid him. And went on with the rest of day! The gfic's on the outside of my house were not working. They diagnosed the problem and repaired it. It was more than I expected, but they did get it fixed.

I feel they were expensive at around $900 for 3 or 4 hours. Wish the hourly guy would have not made it sound so time consuming, $125 per hour would have been much better.

Responded very rapidly, were professional, completed everything as requested and on budget. Followed up and were very fast to come back when a secondary problem came up. The only thing that would have been appreciated was repainting the stucco where the new box went in: we had to go out and rent a sprayer to finish the job.
