Description of Work: Cleaned kitchen, bathroom and livingroom - I had asked how many workers would come, was told 2, but 3 showed up. I had not planned on a three-person gratuity. They missed a few spots of the floors in all rooms. We have cats, so the floors were a priority for me.

Description of Work: Nagela and her assistant cleaned the house thoroughly from top to bottom, with special emphasis on our bathrooms and the elimination of all dusty surfaces to which I am allergic. They worked efficiently, dividing the work that needed to be done and working as a team as required. |I will be using their service regularly.

Description of Work: Anna & Christina arrived right on time and were a whirlwind of activity. I was more than comfortable having them in my home. My house is so much more livable now [due to physical injuries I have not been able to keep up with the housework]. I definitely want them to come back regularly. Update: Provider did not get me the needed receipt.

Description of Work: Provided cleaning services to 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home using 3 cleaners. Time ran out before they could clean the 3rd bedroom. Cleaners left after 1hour 50minutes of cleaning. |I would have liked to have had some time to discuss cleaning, products, and methods prior to the cleaning process.

Description of Work: While it took quite a lot of going back and forth to confirm a date and time for the cleaning, the guys who showed up and did the job were fantastic. They took clear instructions before starting and went well above and beyond my expectations on a full house clean.

Description of Work: To whom this may concern, I have been in contact with Perfect Interiors for ten days (first call was on 2/3/15), trying to get my house cleaned. I responded to the Agie's List special advertising for deep cleaning of an up to a 2000 square foot home in San Francisco. I wanted to try a cleaning service for the first time, the deal sounded great at $169. Since I do not know the cleaner(s) I wanted to be home for this service, which is tricky with my work schedule. After ten days of trying to arrange that, I give up. It's not working out, we cannot find a date that works for us and I have lost faith in this service provider. Here's how it went: 1/ I offered three dates initially, but those did not work for PI. 2/ PI planned to send me 2 cleaners for 3 hours for my up to 2000 square feet home for my prepaid $169. This would not have been the introductory 'deal' (at over $28 per person per hour) I was promised, and it would not have done the job well enough. I responded that this house would need more time (and I estimated one more hour for two persons). 3/ On top of these emails, I've had three phone conversations with a woman to whom Perfect Interiors gave my phone number. She wanted me to pay $300 for a deep cleaning of my house. She was obviously not aware of the introductory deal I had contracted with Angie's List and hung up on me when she found out. 4/ The last communication with PI was that they would be here today, Friday 2/13/15. I arranged my schedule to be home. They did not cancel but let me know yesterday they want to come on Tuesday instead, the day I'm working in Marin. I'm disappointed with Angie's List claim of excellence in services, since this is my first attempt to 'hop on board'. Please refund my money as soon as possible, or, if you wish, find me a provider with more flexibility, honesty and ease of use. Patricia (415) 309-7963.

Right before the holiday when my cleaner had the flu and couldn't come for her regular cleaning. | |I decided to look into Angie's list for cleaners and that's when Perfect Interiors was on the advertisement. It was for $89 and 3 hours cleaning. Thought it was a great deal until the cleaners arrived and the owner brought 2 more people with her and said that she needed to charge me more for the extra people she brought. I was not please. I told her there were no indication of extra cost per person on the advertisement and that's when she looked at me with a surprise and blamed Angie's List. I was very disappointed but she was here, so I paid. | |The price on your Angie's list advertisement was very much misleading. I would not use these promotional catches from Angie's list again, unless details are clearly provided. | |There were no contacting informations provided on the advertisement, which was Angie's List big mistake. If Angie's List is going to be the middle man promoting these special deals, I suggest you indicate there contacting information for customers that may have questions. And I had questions. | |Instead of getting a good deal, I ended up paying $39 more then my current cleaner. Though, the owner was professional, she should not have charged me double. I called that poor business skill. | |

Description of Work: They kept changing the date and then called me the day before the scheduled date and asked if they could come on that day. They didn't notify their cleaner that I had paid on line so she kept asking to be paid.

Description of Work: Overall would rate a B-minus/C plus. I paid for a deep cleaning, and found the cleaners to be pretty inconsistent. They did detail items like the baseboards (which I had to ask for) but there was a ring left in the toilet after they were done. The oven looked great, but the stovetop a little grimy. Considering it was advertised as a deep cleaning, I expected more for the price. It felt more like something I would see at a weekly or every 2 week cleaning. I would use them again, but probably in the $90-100 range.

Description of Work: The day the service was actually scheduled, the company called and said they would be 2 hours late. That time would not work out for me so I cancelled.

Description of Work: Angie's web site indicated my zip code was included in the vendor's service area, but when I called to schedule the cleaning the vendor said it was not true.
