Description of Work: I am not one to complain or write bad reviews. However, I am sorry to say that the quality was disappointing. I wanted to use them again and am disappointed it turned out this way. | |Positives - |1) They were friendly |2) They had good communication skills |3) Good at communicating (by text) before the date of service and I appreciated that they checked in the day before. |4) They brought all of their own equipment and worked the entire 3 hours (agreed upon amount of time). | |Negatives - |1) They did not clean the hardwood floors (in entirety). |2) I saw tons of dust under the couch the next day. |3) I found several playing cards under one rug -- it was clear that they did not lift up either rug to clean beneath it. I found dust under the second rug, too. |4) Shower shelves in master bathroom not cleaned at all -- for example, there was grime on every shelf under the shampoo/conditioners (they did not lift to clean). I said that this shower needed special attention. |5) They did not clean the handles in the shower (I saw mold on the shower handles the day after they had come.) |6) Counters actually still had coffee stains on them |7) They arrived half an hour late without letting me know. I had to rearrange my childcare situation. | |

Description of Work: Cleaned areas of the house I expected. Did a good job but was rushed because of scheduling. Was supposed to get deep cleaning of appliances. Because of their tight schedule didn't have the time. Since I've used them before and has the same person I was overall happy and will be more clear when I schedule next regarding expectations.

Description of Work: They cleaned the house I was moving to before my move. They came in later than anticipated but did a great job and cleaned the house very well.

Description of Work: I set up the appointment through Angie's List and was told they would call to confirm the date and time of the appointment. I have called several times and have still not heard anything as far as a confirmation so I am cancelling.

Description of Work: I was disappointed with the disorganization of the service provider and that a cell, not authorized for contact, was used.

Description of Work: The two ladies did a great job and I will continue to use them. Nice women, hardworking and they did beautiful work.

Description of Work: There were 3 girls and they did an amazing job. I left a note for what I wanted done but they didn't really follow that. My only real complaint is that I was given a window of 8:45-9:30 for them to come and they came at 8. I planned it so I could be ready and have my dog out so I ended up rushing and forgot to leave a tip. I had also left a note to have them leave me some kind of way to get in touch with them for future services and they didn't. Would absolutely use them again, totally worth every penny.

Description of Work: Very impressive I would love them to come on Sept 3, 2015. They called and let us know that they were stuck in traffic. They did everything perfect on a scale of 1-10 it was a ten!!!!!

Description of Work: I was surprised at how fast and thorough the service was. They bring their own supplies but are happy to use special cleaning supplies (e.g., for hardwood floors, etc) if I supply. EL ability is a bit dicey - but has not caused any significant difficulties. Owner is very fair and reasonable.

Cleaning was typical of a periodic cleaning ...... adequate, but numerous things were missed and the oven and fridge were not touched. $ 175 for under 4 hrs is not appropriate | | |The work was acceptable but most certainly not the deep cleaning that was expected | |
