Description of Work: Came over an hour late without calling to advise in advance. Argued about payment. I had already paid yet they kept harassing me about it. Cleaning was only so-so. Missed stove first time. Didn't use anything water to mop hardwood floors.

Description of Work: Clean my home in record time with the 5-star care & thoroughness.

Description of Work: This was the 2nd time they came out. The first was fine. This time I had to have the cleaners come back because the bathrooms were not clean (spots on floor and soap scum in showers). I had to point out to them what the problem were. For the cost, I expect more attention to detail that that on the basics.

Description of Work: Two very nice women worked hard for 3 or so hours each, and did a thorough cleaning job.

Description of Work: I paid for six hour cleaning. There was a mix up by the owner or manager who |Had not scheduled three hours for two people who did the cleaning. One of the workers talked with the manager. The manager explained about the scheduling mistake. I asked if she wanted to reschedule. She declined. She asked if I would agree to release the workers early if they completed the job. I told her there was at least six hours of work to be done. After 2 1/2 hours, the workers said they were done. I didn't feel comfortable requiring them to stay, even though there was more |Cleaning that could have been done. I paid for six hours and received 5. I think |I should be reimbursed for the hour. The cleaners did an adequate job the five |Hours they work.

Description of Work: Cleaned our house top to bottom, about 2400 sq feet. I walked in and they were cleaning UNDER rugs and went so far above what we've seen in the past. Emptied out our fireplaces, folded towels that were messy in our cabinets, etx. Just FANTASTIC!!!!

Description of Work: They deep cleaned the refrigerator, kitchen, and the shower. They also cleaned kitchen cabinets, vacuumed and mopped the kitchen, family room,and bathroom. They did a great job. Had them come again before Christmas. Will definitely have them come again.

Description of Work: The first time I used Perfect Interiors was for a 6 hour cleaning which the house was badly in need of. When the women left, the house was spotless. They cleaned appliances, including the fridge, and all the other stuff that needs to be done. They arrived on time and worked hard.
