Perfect Interiors

Was supposed to call me 30 minutes before arrival since they could not confirm a time. Didn't bother to call. Showed up and were rude about having to wait. When we arrived to inspect, most of the apartment was clean, but they had missed some areas. The reason I was very disappointed was they threw out our shower curtain and broke the rings on it. We had to pay to replace that. (Those were new.) Also, didn't wipe down any cabinets or mirrors.

How'd it go?...Not good. I wanted the one guy who showed up to focus on the 2 bathrooms, kitchen, and common areas, so I asked him to leave the bedrooms alone. I left him to it and mentioned that I was downstairs if he needed anything. The good: Sinks appeared to be cleaned Bathtub and shower pan appeared clean Kitchen countertops appeared cleaned The bad: Hardwood floors were not clean. Very basic marks from liquids were clearly not cleaned. These are the type of marks where anything wet (wet sponge, wet cloth, Clorox wipe, etc.) will quickly remove the marks. Anything dry (Paper towel, dry cloth) will not remove them. Clearly very little effort was put in. Probably just ran over it quickly with a vacuum and thought that was enough. Shower doors in both bathrooms were not wiped down. I used my finger afterward and limescale, dirt came off on my finger. That's just basic glass cleaning. Marble kitchen floor was wiped with something, but it left a nasty residue that picked up anything from your shoes. It was like a cleaning agent was wiped on, but then never wiped off. The cleaning was suppose to be for three hours. I left him to it, went downstairs, and returned at the 2 hour, 50 minute mark. The guy was gone. I brought up a tip to give him, but he had already left. I found two business cards in my mail box, but I will never recommend this cleaning service to anyone.

My house was very much in need of a deep cleaning. Maria and one other professional came out and did a wonderful job. They worked very hard and very fast, followed my requests on cleaning products and process, and were very careful in general. They cleaned things I wasn't sure that they would without being asked. I am now tempted ro make this a more regular thing.

They were a half hour late because the previous client had requested additional services but Nagela notified me shortly after they were due to arrive so I was OK with it. I liked that they were willing to accommodate the needs of their previous client and communicated with me to let me know what was going on. It lets me know that they are willing to do extra to make the customer happy. Once they did arrive they immediately went to work. They spent 2 hours detail cleaning every nook and cranny. They were very thorough. My house now sparkles and I will have them come back once a month to help me keep it that way. I love the assistance with the details.

He was great, one person job, and he was fast and efficient and he was very pleasant.

Given that the name of the company is Perfect Interiors and that the stated value for a "Total Home Cleaning", I had nan expectation that they would be absolutely meticulous. So when a single cleaner arrived with a very small bag of supplies and small vacuumm and no mop, I was very concerned. He was here for a total of about 3.5 hours. My home is 1150 square feet. I waited until he seemed to be packing up before I gave him a list of things that I felt still needed to be included (things like not scrubbing the bathtub, not cleaning my mirrored sliding doors in my bedroom, and, most importantly, my entire house is hardwood floors with area rugs and he only vacummed and did not mop). Out of this total home cleaning, with a "$300" retail value, don't expect a floor mopping. Other cleaners in the past have noticed things like grease that has gathered on my pot rack above my stove and he noticed almost nothing. He didn't open the refrigerator or microwave. He also almost sprayed windex on a 55 inch flat screen tv which would have ruined it; luckily I was able to stop this just in time. He was very very young and I don't believe anyone had given him any sort of training on cleaning techniques nor on proper use of chemicals and agents.

I purchased a Big Deal with them, and I emailed them with the dates that I needed the service done, but they were unable to come out on the dates I provided.

Magali and Lorena were such a pleasure to work with. After much scheduling difficulties (all on my part, none of theirs) we finally were able to schedule a full house cleaning for this morning. They were such lovely ladies and did a great job in a timely and efficient manner. I will be scheduling with them in the future.

Arrangements were made for an early morning appointment. Staff arrived as promised so I could get to work on time. When I came home the house looked great. Bathroom and kitchen were spotless. Windows and windowsills were cleaned. Floors vaced, scrubbed or buffed. I couldn't be happier with the work they did.

Two professional house cleaners cleaned my house. They were on time and finished cleaning in a little over 3 hours. This is the first time my house has been professionally cleaned and I am very happy with the results. They cleaned everything, re-arranged a lot of items on the shelves, cleaned everything in the bathroom.

It was fabulous. They were on time and did the job that was requested. The owner followed through with emails and i do not have any complaints.

Everything was just fine. The cleaning service did an excellent job. There were a couple of language difficulties that might have been challenging for someone. I just kept sort of saying things again and again and we got through but that might be an issue for somebody. They did a great job. They were efficient. They were pleasant to be around. We were pleased with their work.

What stood out the most was getting the dust off the window sills and french blinds. It was the first time they'd been cleaned since moving in and you could really tell the diifference in look and touch.

Nagela is lovely and her team did a fantastic job. I hired them to clean my mom's house in the Berkeley hills. It's a pretty large, older home. My mom is 92 and though she was an immaculate housekeeper in her day (I well remember my teen years in that same house), the house kind of overwhelms her now. Nagela was very responsive, quick to respond to texts and phone numbers. Her team of two women showed up, ready to go, with all the equipment and cleaning supplies they needed. They worked very hard and expertly and cleaned the house beautifully. They dusted, vacuumed thoroughly, scrubbed the bathroom tiles with bleach, mopped, dusted in all the little crevices, along the ceilings, etc etc. Would have changed the linens but it wasn't necessary. Would have washed windows but I had hired window cleaners at the same time. They were pleasant and polite, took care of everything without needing any guidance or supervision, and also did any extra task I asked them to take care of. It was a pretty big job, since the house needed a lot of cleaning, but I was very pleased with the thoroughness and care of their work. Nagela herself joined them after a few hours, and worked alongside them. She also helped with a few other things I needed help with (I'd ordered a new carpet and they helped me remove the old one and lay down the new one, etc.). I had flown up from L.A. to take care of this and they were very responsive to knowing everything had to be done while I was there. They were also very respectful and polite to my mom, which I really appreciated. Nigela speaks perfect English and is very pleasant to deal with. She was also very understanding of my mom, which I also appreciated. The house looked fantastic after they were done, and I was extremely pleased with their work. Their fee was very reasonable considering all the work and the quality of the work. I would definitely hire them again and recommend them 100%.

I've been very pleased with Perfect Interiors. They have been cleaning our house for about a month and a half, coming every other week. The house always sparkles after they come. Not only do they clean, they also tidy around the house, change sheets, etc. All in all we're very pleased and feel like we're getting an excellent deal. It really feels like you're getting the whole package. And we have two cats, which I know makes the job tougher! My only very minor complaint would be that the mopping of our hardwood tends to be a little uneven. On one or two occasions it looked like the mop wasn't wet enough or the coverage wasn't very good, as there were still a fair number of obviously dirty spots on the floor. We ended up having to mop again ourselves. But the most recent time was perfect. And everything else has always been spot on. I'll continue using Perfect Interiors without any hesitation and recommend them to you.

Requested a Saturday appointment following an unexpected 8 week absence from our home, which commenced the day after Christmas. The house had been occupied by our two cats, so the floors and furniture were covered in cat hair and the house was simply in need of a high clean since we departed during the holidays. A team of 4 women arrived precisely on time. The owner of the business had been very prompt in returning my initial call, and scheduled us on a Saturday with relatively short notice. The overall result was more than satisfactory, and the house simply sparkled when the ladies were finished. The price was extremely reasonable based upon the results and experience. I would recommend this company highly and have decided to secure them for regular cleaning.t

It was good. The women that come are very nice and punctual. We enjoy having them work for us.

Nagela showed up on time, in fact early. There was a Bart strike at the time and she wanted to make sure she got to my house before i had to leave for work. She gave me a fair price for the job and started to clean immediately. I had to leave for work, but i felt comfortable leaving her alone. She did a thorough cleaning and my roommates were impressed too. I plan to have her come back every month to clean my house. I would highly recommend her. Sometimes her voicemail fills up and you can't leave her a message, but she clears it very quickly and will return your call promptly. She was also available within a couple of days of my call to her. She is pleasant, has great English skills and is a true professional.

Very pleased with the service and would be happy to use them again and refer to friends. They were very thorough, pleasant and professional.

So far so good! Nagela is very easy to communicate with and is professional. She works with two other women and they have cleaned my house twice. I've scheduled Perfect Interiors to come back bi- weekly. If all continues to go well, I will use them long term to help me keep my home tidy.

They dust, deep clean bathrooms, do a thorough job of vacuuming, keep grout on tile floors spotless. Nagela is totally open and likeable. She and her crew work very hard to please. I cannot believe I found her on line. She responded quickly to my Angie's note which is always a good sign. Showed up on time to evaluate the job and was right on target with her estimates. You cannot go wrong.

Nagela is easy to communicate with, welcomes feedback, makes recommendations and is reliable, honest and efficient.

The whole experience - from my initial phone call with Nyangela, to the cleaning service provided by her 2 person team that came - was absolutely terrific. VERY professional, excellent work from start to finish. Was so very pleased with Perfect Interiors! THANKS Angie's List! Nyangela had a friendly and helpful phone manner, was very quick and prompt to reply to text messages & calls, and even made sure to check in with me a few days prior to the appt, to confirm date, time & location. Her 2 person team that came over was a lovely European husband and wife duo (can't remember their names), who worked quickly, efficiently, and carefully, to clean our large 1 bdrm/1 bath in 3 hours. We briefly talked about what I needed done when they first came, and as they knew this was a total move-out cleaning, they were very very thorough and made sure the place looked amazing. The wife also found some extra baking sheets that I forgot to grab from the bottom oven drawer! Awesome. And when my landlord came over to do a final inspection, he asked me who I used to clean the apartment, he was so impressed. Enough said.

They were all right. I spent around $150.
