I love Hayward Volkswagen. Everyone is extremely friendly, professional and they always get the job done right. I brought in my 2011Jetta for an oil change and rotate tires and they even washed my car for me! I have been to the Oakland and NewarkVolkswagen but the service and professionalism doesn't compare to Team Hayward!

They got my car done before I had to go to work so they were speedy. They are friendly and explain everything, but I have to call to check on my car, they don't call me.

The staff is very good and very accommodating. The service has been fine. I’m surprised at the amount of times I have to go in for this car. I keep the file on every time I go in there. The car is only a 2008 car and the file is at least an inch think and that doesn’t make sense to me. I don’t drive that car a lot. I felt like the staff knows me. The dealership themselves are fine. They are very upfront with me. They do good service and very accommodating. They do a good job. I have no issues with them but I have issues with VW. It doesn’t make sense that I have to go back all the time for my car. I think they are so overpriced.
