DAVE THE WINDOW WASHER

It took a few days to schedule because they were pretty busy, but the quality of the job was amazing. I have never seen windows so crystal clear. Customer service was excellent. A little pricey, but well worth it. I would definitely use again.

I had a good experience with him. I spent about $250. I would tell others that this company is efficient, reasonably priced, they did a good job, they showed up on time and everything was well done.

They were on time, and got down. I was blow away by the improvement . These are older windows so not perfect, but so much better, and learned how our windows work. Definitely not energy efficient . Negative rating, but this is Cali, not Maine. I tipped the guys because I was impressed, and they worked fast and hard.

I thought he was pretty careful and did not get things overly wet. Sometimes they can put too much water into the carpet. He was on time, punctual, and did his job. He did a great job. He is on our list of people we call when we have it done.

Loved this company. They came in to wash the disgusting skylight in the bathroom. Just to give you an idea of how bad it was, I'm not sure the window had ever been washed in the 10 years we lived there. We were getting ready to move and we seriously considered replacing the window since it was so bad. When the guys were done, the window was gorgeous and looked like new. I was left wondering why I didn't call them sooner. They charge by increment of time. Because they finished so quickly, they offered to wash the outside of a few of my second story windows. Really great work. Highly recommend!

Everything went fast and easy. The person who did the estimate came on time, went through he house and gave me 2 estimates , one for washing only the outside of the windows, the other for washing the windows outside and inside. I decided to do outside and inside. A few days later the cleaning crew came, on time. One person cleaned the inside, the other person the outside. After about 2 1/2 h I had a house with sparkling windows. Terrific!

I opted to have only the exterior washed as I regularly clean the inside. What a difference! After reading the reviews on several of the window washers, I decided to go with this one. I wasn't disappointed. The office person was very pleasant to deal with. She set up the consult appointment for two days after I talked to her. The estimator came when he was supposed to. The price was very fair, and I was able to get a Saturday appointment 3 days after that. The two gentlemen came within the time frame they were scheduled for. They were here for a little under 2 hours for our 2-story house and they did a fine job! I would and will definitely use them again.

We had over 25 windows washed on our four story town home in santa Monica. Two very professional men came out and did the most incredible job, and for an extremely fair price. If only all contractors and workman could deliver on this level, the world would be a better place. Yes, I really said that!

Very professional service and friendly team. There was an issue with hard water stains on some of our windows and while they couldn't remove them, they did a very good job of figuring out the why and explaining it to us. Would definitely use them again.

We have used Dave the Window Washer three times, all with excellent results. On this occasion, the crew arrived on time, worked quickly, and left all the windows sparkling clean. There was one problem that we noticed the next day... a punctured Japanese (paper) table lamp that was located under a high window. We understand that accidents happen, but I was concerned that no one mentioned it to us. I contacted the office, and Ana was very professional and helpful. She spoke with the supervisor and crew, and although they didn't recall damaging the lamp, we all agreed that it was possible one of their extension poles may have poked through the lamp without them hearing anything. Ana resolved the issue to our satisfaction. I should note that on two previous occasions, the crews did an outstanding job, with no damage of any kind. We will continue to use Dave the Window Washer, and have recommended them to friends.

They were prompt, efficient, pleasant, and completed the job well and within the expected timeframe.

On time, on budget and very professional.

I called the listed telephone number and requested a quote for a three bedroom, three bath home. The respondent gave me a charge of $150.00 I agreed to the amount and made a date for two men to come to the house and clean all the windows. The two men arrived promptly, washed all the windows within a two-hour time limit, and left. There were no problems, and the windows were pristine. What else is there to say? Satisfactory, would use Dave's service again.

After an initial visit to provide a free estimate, I scheduled an appointment for a week later. The crew of 3 showed up on the day on time and efficiently completed my 3rd story condo window cleaning in about 1.5 hrs. They put in extra effort to do a good job and the windows are spotless.

The workmen are very nice, they show up on time & they do a great job.

F for Professionalism. They tried to charge us an extra $100 mid way through the job ($250 total) in order to finish the job they had quoted us would cost $150. Used these guys because of the all the favorable reviews. I very clearly explained what needed to be done (13 5x5 glass panels + 1 bay window, all outside at ground level) and they very clearly said it would cost $150. I also verified that $150 was in-line to moderately higher than what other window washing companies would charge for this job but went with Dave since they got such good scores. Left them alone to do the job and when we returned they said they weren't going to finish job (bay window) unless we paid them another $100. Told them that was ridiculous and I was very clear about job and given a clear quote and ultimately they relented but made the whole experience stressful.

Everything went well from estimate appointment to service being completed.

These guys were fabulous! They were prompt, professional, courteous and extremely good at their jobs. I called last minute and they showed up the next morning. I live on the top floor of a condo building. No problem. They worked from the inside and outside. I can finally see outside again!

Everything went just fine. They were quick and efficient. They had a large crew of 4 or 5 guys. They all went from room to room together. They were very quiet while they worked. They were neat as well.

Dave the Window Washer was efficient in giving a quick estimate.

I will be calling him again for the job. I like him, and he is good. He was professional, and was on time.

He seemed to be a fairly reputable individual and would consider using him. I ended up using someone else. He was punctual in getting out and giving the estimate.
