They are courteous and thorough. I have been a customer of theirs for the last 10-12 years.

We have not made a decision at this point.

I called them to let them know what was going on and they said they would call back and they said the boss was not there and I have not heard from them since. I also bought an insurance policy for them to come out and service the unit for free and I have not heard from them about that so I am not sure if it is due for them to come out yet.

They service our entire system and I like that. They have replaced a motor once since it would not stop running and it burned itself out and that was covered under our service agreement. Whenever I have had the service not cool or heat as it should, I call them and they come out to fix it.

I was really impressed that they do a camera video for the service and they showed me what I should expect for the future. They were able to tell me about the longevity and with the camera they were able to show me the inside of my furnace and what it looked like. The initial tech that came was very patient and answered all of my questions. They do have numerous coupons for other services you may need and they also send out a newsletter.

They do very good work and we have been happy with them. They come once a year to change the filter and do any other items that are necessary.

They were quick with the estimate. We just decided to go with another company.

I just decided to not go forward with the project at this time.

They really work with you and they give you top notch service. They stand by the work they do.

We have always had good service from them and a positive experiences.

It wasn't cheap. The work was excellent. They were very clean. They come back twice a year. I pay twenty eight dollars a month. They check all the ducts. They check the A/C once a year and then furnace once a year. If I need to maintain something, they will let me know. They are always on time and responsive. The workers are kind and informative. It isn't hard to book an appointment.

They were very professional and friendly. They actually met our price that we wanted to pay. One person was unable to do some of the work, so they promptly sent someone else out who could get it done. They were just really nice and clean.

Very well, the unit that works best was ordered within a week and installed in 2 days.

Impressive tune-up service. Spent about 1 1/2 hours for the tune-up service. He actually explained in lay-person language what he was looking for during his inspection and testing. He corrected some simple problems, but it did take him some additional time. When he concluded that the A/C unit should make it through the summer, I was impressed there was no attempt to sell me more repair work. He left me some coupons and brochure about their company in case I had further problems. He did try to sell me a maintenance service contract, but that was fair because they want to retain customers. I did not take the maintenance contract, but I will definitely call them for future A/C needs. He said should I need any future repair, they have a deal of applying any cost of a repair to a new system should you decide to have a new system within a predetermined timeframe of the repair (I think it was 6 or 12 months after the repair).

THE WORK WAS DONE PROFESSIONALLY. THEY CLEANED UP THE WORK AREA EACH DAY, AND FINISHED THE JOB ON TIME.

The American Air crew was never on time. They would schedule an appointment and show up late or not show at all. I constantly had to take extra days off of work to accommodate them. Therefore loosing time and wages. The work had to be redone a number of times due to not meeting the inspectors specifications. We had to fight for things that were promised in the contract. This was only accomplished with the help of Bob at the Home Depot Escalations department. After a month of going back and forth, on a job that was supposed to take 4 days. We finally got everything done correctly and up to code. What a nightmare!!! Avoid this company like the plague if you are wise. I would NOT recommend them to anyone.

IT TOOK 6 MONTHS TO FINALLY DO ALL ITS WORK TO CODE AND IT STILL IS NOT WORKING CORRECTLY. AFTER A WHOLE YEAR OF NOT WORKING PROPERLY, I HAD ENOUGH AND HIRED ANOTHER A/C COMPANY TO SEE HOW TO GET IT TO WORK CORRECTLY. SLOPPY WORK IN THE CONNECTION TUBE FROM UNIT TO THE HOUSE WAS THE PROBLEM. IT ALL IS CORRECTED NOW BY THIS OTHER COMPANY AND IT IS WORKING PERFECTLY. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANY ONE. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND NOT STANDING BY THEIR PROMISES.

I THOUGHT THE ACTUAL SYSTEM THEY INSTALLED WAS QUITE GOOD, BUT I THOUGHT THE FOLLOW UP WAS POOR. THE DESIGN AND THE BALANCE OF THE HOUSE TEMPERATURE WAS NOT DONE VERY WELL. THE PEOPLE WERE VERY NICE.
