Very Prompt, on time, wore shoe coverings in the house. Explained what was being done. Friendly and professional. Very impressed. checked thermostat put in new batteries and corrected the time. Excellent company. Outstanding employees. Ryan was exceptional.

Excellent - Josh is very thorough and clearly explains each step of his maintenance. Additionally, a flushing of the water heater is included on this maintenance schedule and my water heater definitely needed it. A lot of sediment had settled in my heater. (I have a service agreement so for a reasonable monthly fee I get these two biannual service visits.). Thanks Josh!!

Fantastic! American Air Conditioning and Heating sent Jarrod Mattson out to our home for a scheduled service on the unit they installed a couple of years ago. Jarrod was terrific! Super knowledgeable, efficient, courteous, respectful, friendly AND helpful! We’ll ask for his specific services in the future – for sure! Word of caution when scheduling: Confirm Your Appointment!

They actually called and reminded my parents of there warranty service that has free replacements of filter every year. Great Job

The best experience I have ever had with an AC Company. The technician was Brian, and he was the most professional and highly skilled worker on a tuneup I have ever met. He was patient and answered every question I had. He was amazing! No one else with ever do my AC work again. He cleaned my unit and polished it!

I've been very happy with their service which I have used for at least the last 6 years. They follow through, are courteous, punctual and leave your home spotless. Today, Ruben was extremely thorough and knowledgeable. He figured out a condensation issue which the previous service man had not been able to. He explained the service he completed and left me with a useful tip on how to improve my compressor's production. I highly recommend them.

Excellent x 100!! Alex arrived on time and without asking, he immediately put on his shoe booties as he entered my home. He discussed clearly what he would be doing, asked me if I had any concerns (I did not -- this was really a preventative visit), and then got to work. Twenty minutes later, he came back up from having gone down the steep slope of my property, where found his way to enormous and dark basement (fortunately he was able to find the light switch). He had good news for me -- all was mostly in good shape. However, he pointed out some potential danger spots that needed my attention. He didn't try to scare me or try to sell me anything. It was simply to clean around my AC unit, which was outside with the back side getting full of dirt from the slope. He took and shared photos of what was going on and the implications. He also took photos of my air ducts that, in the near future, would need some repair. He then shared information about the service membership and, again, no strong sales pitch - just honest information. It made a lot of sense to me to sign up for the annual inspection/service to protect my AC/Furnace investment. Overall, Alex was extremely professional, very friendly, and incredibly honest. So rare these days! I had read most of the company reviews including the few (VERY few) that expressed concerns that after the service something went wrong -- insinuating that the agent caused the problem. I did wonder if I should have gone down with Alex to the basement. However -- it's been almost 4 days and everything is still working perfectly. So that is clearly not this company's MO... at least not Alex 's. This is a company that clearly honors its reputation. I will look forward to working with Alex and American Air Conditioning for many years. I will request Alex for as long as he's with this company.

American Air was very thorough when they came out for a service call. We had had another company out twice, and despite “fixing” the problem the heater still want working. Johnny Vista took time to get to the root of the problem and documented it with photographs and clear explanations. We didn’t have them perform any services that day, as the unit needs to be replaced, but thanks to Johnny and James I’m confident in this decision and understand the ramifications.

I would highly recommend American Air and their tech , Joshua. He explained everything that he found in regards to my furnace and gave me some options on how to deal with the potential problems. Thanks

I just had my furnace and water heater serviced by Ryan B. at American Air Conditioning & Heating. He was right on time, extremely, and I mean EXTREMELY, professional, polite, knowledgeable and neat as a pin. He explained every test he ran on my unit and the purpose for running the test. He also cleaned out the sediment from my water heater and checked all the connections and water lines. I can't recommend Ryan and American Air Conditioning & Heating highly enough! Bill E.
