Description of Work: I came home from being out of town to learn that our gardners had turned off the main water line to the house due to a leak in the main line. Our usual plumber was out of town and his back up was too busy to respond. I called two other companies with the same result (and not terribly friendly people answering the phone). I was nearly ready to give up when I made one more try and called Tony's. The woman who answered the phone was incredibly nice and seemed to actually care that I had no water. She said she would check on her technicians and call me back. She called back in less than 5 minutes to say they were on their way (they had thought they'd done the last job of the day and could go Christmas shopping). They arrived and not only took care of the problem but also fixed a related problem. And the bonus was that they filled back in the hole the gardners had created when they were trying to identify the source of the water puddle in our yard. And the bill was quite reasonable. They saved my day and my weekend.

Description of Work: Replaced spigots & faucets for two sinks. Replaced angle stops & escutchesis on both.

Description of Work: Great service! The serviceman, Gus, was knowledgeable, and very helpful in explaining process and options. He repaired several leaking faucets, and installed a gas line hookup for a dryer installation. He was very quick, neat, and friendly. I would definitely call them again.

Description of Work: Snaked a badly clogged kitchen sink drain. Mark was prompt, pleasant, knowledgable, and professional. He had to bring in the larger/longer snake because the clog extended so far, but he got the job done! I have used this company before and will call them with future plumbing needs. Very happy with Mark's work.

Description of Work: Another fine job by Tony's. They removed the old garbage disposal whose main bearing had gone bad, and replaced it with a new one that I had purchased. They were upfront with what likely needed to be done (installation plus replumbing under the sink), and supplied the drain parts I did not have. The service was performed quickly and at a reasonable cost.
