The plumber John was on time and did an excellent job.

They did a very nice job and were the most responsive and professional of all the plumbers that I spoke to. Their estimate was very close to what they told me it would cost and I was happy with the price. My only complaint was that they didn't securely fasten the faucet to a 2x4 in the wall due to the fact that I told them not to cut the 2x4 or damage the tile when installing the new faucet. That was understandable but the installer did not tell me until I asked him why it seemed loose. This was something that was relatively easy for me to fix without having them charge me extra for a more difficult installation. The price included a 10 % savings for Angie's list members that they honored.

They were quick and easy to deal with, and left things tidy at the end. The appointment got delayed by them a couple of hours but they did call to keep me informed. They caulked around the bottom of the toilet, which I did not want and do not like. The old toilet was not caulked in. Now I have no way of knowing whether it leaks. It may be fine. I guess I'll find out at my next termite inspection. Next time I will ask them not to caulk.

I called Tony's Plumbing, and they came out that afternoon and cleared the mainline and the kitchen sink plumbing that clogged from the backed up mainline debris. John, and his partner, Mark, were polite, professional, and thorough. John and Mark accessed the mainline via the "clean out." Tony's Plumbing also recently installed the "clean out". I have an old house, so it is difficult to work on. John and Mark clearly take pride in their work, and they did a thorough job. When I am ready to replace my mainline, I am going to call Tony's Plumbing, because they did excellent work and their prices are reasonable and competitive.

I cannot praise Tony's Plumbing enough. When I called they told me they were really busy but would try to get somebody out today. They called back in 5 mins and said someone would be out in half an hour. The 2 of them worked steadily on the clog for over 3 hours. Tony's Plumbing is very professional and for all the work they performed the price is excellent. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and will use them again. My 87 year old mother said the workers were very,very nice. They recommended putting a drain like the one on the other side of the house that drains to the outside. We will be having them do the work.

I contacted the home warranty people, who had someone come out and tell me what was wrong. When I was given the quote I didn't know if it was too high until the home warranty people called me to let me know the repair was not covered, and that the quote was probably too high. I then looked on Angie's List and found Tony's Plumbing. I was quoted a range over the phone that was significantly lower and they came out to replace the valve. The guys who came out were nice, informative, and quick. It took them as long as they said it would (about 2 hours). The price was what was agreed to, and everything was great, or so I thought. The temperature range ended up only going as low as a comfortably hot shower which would be a problem if I needed cooler water - I have very fair skin and get sunburns so I know I will need this. Tony's Plumbing COMPLETELY backs up their work! It was fixed today, taking no more than about 15 minutes. You learn more about a company when something isn't quite right and whether or not they make things right. I know that I will have more plumbing needs in the future, and I will be using Tony's Plumbing for everything. I trust a company that backs up its work. And, more importantly, I recommend these companies to people I know, I will be recommending Tony's Plumbing to everyone I know.

Q,The tehnician was,fast,friendly and proficient.He installed a gas shutoff valve and an adapter to hookup to the gas line,connected to the BBQ,tested all the connections and relit the pilots that needed it.If this is an example of their work,I will use them whenever I have a plumbing problem.

From the time I called the problem was resolved in less than 3 hours.

Tony was on-time for an estimate visit and had good communication. Work was scheduled for the next day and the installation team arrived on-time. The water heater that was installed was a made-in-USA "STATE" unit. They did high-quality work in a reasonable time frame, with one "issue": The 28-yr-old water heater had a body leak, which dripped rusty water over the cement driveway and left a large puddle at the curb. The installers should have notified me of this problem immediately so that I could have hosed the driveway clean (or, done it themselves). When I found this problem about an hour later, the rusty water had started to dry, leaving stains, which I was able to remove with brushing and high-powered detergent. Also, I should have requested a detailed breakdown of the costs on the invoice; next time I will do that.

Two man crew worked hard and did an excellent job. The made sure all things were working properly and thoroughly check all fittings, seals, drains were working properly befor they left. They are now my plumber for all future work. Highly recommended.
