I called Tony's Plumbing on a Saturday afternoon for a emergency plumbing issue, and John came out and did a very thorough job with figuring out where the problem was with my plumbing. Although it was late in the day, he was very patient in explaining to me what he was doing and what problems he anticipated acutely and long term. I appreciated his professionalism and also his honoring the Angie's List Coupon although the scope of the job exceeded the initial plan.

I had a bathroom sink that was draining very slowly, and tried repeated applications of liquid drain cleaners, but the problem only got worse. Decided to check Angie's, and found Tony's Plumbing with solid A ratings. Karen at their office was very helpful in scheduling a quick appointment. I'd never had such a pleasant experience with a plumber before, and am delighted Angie's List has brought Tony's Plumbing into my household support group.

Tony's Plumbing did a great job, start to finish. The front desk team emailed and called to make sure to let me know they had received my Angie's Deal payment and were ready to schedule. Scheduling was easy and immediate: Tony's would send a crew over that very day. The crew was to-the-minute punctual. Snaking the drains turned out not to be an easy 20 minute job. The crew of Johnny and John worked and worked, but could not clear the drains. Instead of calling it a day, they crawled under the house to investigate. Alas, we had rusted and broken pipes. These old pipes were likely corroding on the inside and there was nothing to do but replace them. The crew invited me to look at the situation for myself in the crawl space, so that I wouldn't think they were trying to pull one over on me. Yep, even I could tell there was rusting and leaking and those pipes just did not look good at all. Okay...okay...and so, um, how much is replacing these pipes going to, um, cost...? While I'm wondering if we couldn't possibly live without that bathroom, the crew came up with a parts list and Tony provided me a quick estimate. And they could come the next day and get it done. Happily, the price was very fair: Replacing most of the drain pipes under one bathroom and the kitchen sink, along with installing a new disposer ... which was 5+ hours of work for a two-man crew was just shy of $850. Not money down the drain at all: just the water and that's exactly what I wanted. We'll gladly use Tony's Plumbing in the future.

All the work was done professionally. Tony responded quickly. The first 2 estimates were excellent. I was very pleased with the work, especially the awesome job they did with the washer and dryer hook ups. His workers are great! Will definitely use Tony's plumbing in the future.

Tankless water heater was not putting out hot water. Called Tony, came same day. Reset unit for no charge!

We had a serious clog in the house. The toilets an the tubs were all backing up and it was a MESS. After many failed attempts to DIY I called Tony's on Wednesday afternoon and they were there the next day. John and Johnny came out and were very professional. They removed the toilet and snaked the drain. They found that part of the problem was tree roots but to my embarrassment they found another issue ..."feminine unmentionables". They took their time to explain what we could do about the tree roots and that we needed to maintain it monthly to kill them. They also gave us some great advice "just because the box of feminine products say they are flushable...THEY"RE NOT". Valuable lesson learned. They even cleaned up when they were done. I was impressed! If we have any other plumbing issues we will definitely call them back again.

We are extremely pleased with the result. Bear in mind, our house is 43 years old and has had little plumbing work. Nearly the entire house, every pipe, was clogged with sewer and mostly roots. Tony's came to what they thought was a simple toilet replacement job and maybe a little drain clog to cleaning out nearly every pipe in and outside of the house. If there was any doubt as to cleanliness of the pipes, they troubleshot and identified blocked areas and solved the problems. They were on the job promptly every day and worked neatly and respectfully. We have worked with many contractors over the years and these guys are among the best. Most importantly, they are very clear with communicating the work needed and the cost. In our mind the communication is part of what makes a good contractor. Billing is very clear as well. Everything was very smooth and even though it ended up taking a lot longer than we estimated, we knew they were working hard and doing what needed to be done to repair our home sewer system. We never flet they were doing anything more than what was needed to do the right job. I would highly recommend Tony's Plumbing to anyone needing a plumber. They are very professional and a pleasure to work with. We would definitely hire them again if we decide to remodel our home or build a new one.

I called this morning, they had a job in out area and gave me an approximate arrival time.Two gentlemen, named John, arrived and performed the service as promised. They were clean, made sure that the bathroom was cleaned up, I would recommend them without hesitation!
