I called Tony's after smelling a fowl odor emitting from my heater vent. Victor arrived on the scheduled appt date and after crawling under the house, determined the old cast iron sewer line was cracked. I was given a quote for repair and scheduled work to be done the following day. Victor, Tony and Mark arrived on time the next day and started work immediately. They were friendly, courteous and kept me updated on what they were doing and any additional issues that arose. They completed all the quoted repairs efficiently. They also repaired a shower drain that was supposed to have been repaired during escrow when I purchased the house a couple years ago. Tony (the owner) came by during the day and had his guys run a camera to check my line to the city and thankfully it was clear. Everyone I dealt with at Tony's was great. I would use them again in a heartbeat. It's nice to finally have a professional I can trust. Thank you to Tony and all his employees, including the female I spoke with on the phone. They were all so nice!

Victor was very helpful explaining and saved me money by repairing. Was on time, very pleasant man - will definitely use this company again.

Water was backing up into all our showers. Toilets wouldn't flush. Tony's Plumbing fixed it all. Karen is terrific. We were leaving town and she got her team to our home quickly to diagnose and solve our problem. John and Johnny were knowledgeable and courteous. They went the extra mile to find my clean-out (under the house). Karen called twice to let us know when John/Johnny were wrapping up they're earlier job, and when we could expect them. Great work. Great communication. Tony is lucky to have Karen, John and Johnny on the team.

Service man Victor responded to the service call promptly and performed the inspections & recommendations clearly. He provided professional repairs with no mess and with great courtesy. I found Tony's plumbing through Angie's List. I would refer Angie's List & Tony's Plumbing to my friends.

They came out within an hour. Temporary valve blockage was used. Next day all necessary repair was performed. They were knowledgable and professional.

Excellent! I used Angie's List to get some estimates and Tony's Plumbing was the best price. Considering the fact that over the years I've used other "so-called expert plumbers", I have to say after all was done, Tony's Plumbing is the Best and I will not hesitate to use them again. I made three calls until I was able to receive a time all service people busy, butt they finally gave me a time and problem solved. Advised to do camera inspection.

After getting 5 bids for our plumbing issue, these guys were the most straight forward and honest about the job that needed to be done. They did not make crazy suggestions, instead offered very cost effective and efficient solutions. Out of the gate these were the only folks that offered to try to fix and trouble shoot first, before doing anything major. Once it was established that we needed to take the next step - they offered the most reasonable price. I appreciated their timely service, willingness to work with my budget and most of all the quality of the work that was performed. I would use Tony's for any plumbing situation.

John and Johnny arrived right on time. They were both extremely professional and courteous. They started working immediately and answered all our questions. We couldn't be happier. We plan to use Tony's Plumbing as our plumbers in the future. Excellent job!!!

He did a good job. First he gave me a quote based on his viewing my unit and selecting an appropriate replacement. I wanted him to replace a hot water dispenser. When he brought one out, it didn't fit. He did not charge me a restocking fee. I appreciate that.

One worker came at 8:00. Came in and immediately went to work at figuring out what the problem was. Fixed it and gone quickly. Very nice and told us we may need to re-route if it starts to back up again. Good for a month but seems like it is starting to act up again so will probably have to have the bathroom plumbing changed under the house. Would use no one else.

clean, polite service men. did their job efficiently. pulled lots of hair from the drain, got it flowing. they took care to clean up the mess, no attempt was made to talk me into expensive repairs, which i appreciated.

The appointment was for them to arrive between 8:45 and 9 am and they arrived at 9:20 which was ok. For some reason I was under the impression someone would be coming first to see what the job entailed. I wasn't given any estimate of the cost. Two young men showed up and started working. I asked about the cost and was told it depended on the time it took. When the job was finished one of them called his boss to ask what to charge and came back with a bill for $183 (including the Angie's List discount). They seemed to work quickly and cleanly and I am happy with the result. I think I should have gotten an estimate or at least a ballpark figure before the work started but it was my obligation to get that and I flubbed it.

The two gentlemen arrived within one hour of my phone call request on a Sunday morning. They were very professional, clean, and polite. Work was done in an efficient manner.

My father ( who is a senior citizen) had called his long time plumber of 20+ years to do this project. The price he was quoted was totally absurd it was bordering on elder abuse and I would have reported them if I knew who to call. His plumber was a reputable company at one time, so I was shocked that they would quote that price after doing plumbing and heating work for my family for over 20 years. In any event I used Angie's List for the first time and found the best Plumbing Company in the world. They were 2/3 less expensive, totally professional and very timely and did perfect work. I live in another state so I coordinated all of this for my parents from the telephone and my Sister was there to oversee the work. I cannot recommend these folks highly enough----they are worth their weight in gold! They are true stars in their profession.

Called Tony due to drainage problemwhich was caused by tree roots (Ficus) he cleaned and suggested we installed plastic sleeves over pipes to prevent more damage due to the neighbors Ficus tree going in our existing pipes.
