This is the 2nd time that we have used this company. They are terrific. They are clean, on time, great, they are honest and do the job. They also have competitive prices too. I also want to give a shout out to John and Johnny who are the technicians who came out and they were great.

John from Tony's Plumbing is awesome. The bathroom sink was taking hours to drain -- in other words, it was unusable. The tub was just plain sloooooow. John to the rescue. In just minutes he had both drains running like new. Tony's Plumbing is terrific; their personnel are professional, courteous, and very responsive. Karen in their office is really helpful with scheduling, and she calls about 15 - 20 minutes before to let you know the plumber is on his way. Based on my past experience, I found their rates to be quite reasonable. I would absolutely use Tony's again, and am happy to recommend this company.

Called Tony's Plumbing late Saturday afternoon, not expecting they would pick up the phone. Not only did they pick up but they had someone over within the hour, cut a hole into the wall and fixed the pipe in less than an hour in a half. They also gave great advice on the type of fan to get to dry the space so mold wouldn't grow. Highly recommend Tony's Plumbing. Great service, very punctual and a very reasonable price.

Once again, another outstanding experience. This is the best run service business I have ever dealt with. I introduced them to my elderly parents and they now have a plumber for life. They came back and did more work for them and once again my parents raved about their professionalism, quality of work and the price. These folks are the very best plumbers in the region. I cannot reccomend them highly enough!

They were 2 hours late, but preformed an excellent repair. They snaked out the pipe and checked for leaks. They cleaned up well.

My bathroom and shower drains were clogged. I was desperate for a plumber. I joined Angie's list on 10/24/2013 and bought the $99 deal from Tony's plumbing that same day after reading very favorable reviews, I did not regret it. i was a bit worried that the two drains might not be cleared in an hour and I might have to pay more, since the coupon specified one hour. I was contacted the same day and an appointment was made for the following morning by Tiffany - very pleasant person. John arrived the next morning. He was very pleasant and professional. He cleared both drains in 35 minutes and we had our bath and shower back in operation. I am very happy with the job and John and Tiffany, and the cost. Good job guys!!!!

The service person (Mark) was friendly and professional. Communicated fairly well with the neighbor and myself. Did the work in a systematic manner.

Plumber was on time, friendly and professional. He assessed the problem quickly and fixed it fast and well. Made extra effort to prevent damage to fridge and countertop when moving appliance.

Very well. He and a colleague arrived on time and they worked rapidly and well. They opened the drain and cleaned the backed up material. He also tried to fix my leaking toilet, but that was not successful. He returned on a later day and found that the problem was leaky gasgets. The toilet is quite old and he did not have proper ones to replace the existing ones. He promised to try to locate these, but I have not heard further from him. I want to emphasize that the problem that he was hired for was the drain blockage, not the leaky toilet. He looked at the toilet as a complimentary service.

Tony's plumbing arrived on time, maybe even earlier and had several men pulling out the old heater and hauled it off. Then two of the men stayed to install the new tankless. They were extremely professional, friendly and more than willing to explain what they were doing. The job was such a clean job, both cleanup and the looks of the new installation. There was one little issue the next day of which they came immediately within the hour to fix. They were great and all works well. The secretary/assistant answering the office phone was very pleasant and helpful. They were awesome and will use them again without any hesitation. Thanks to everyone at Tony's Plumbing.

I needed to get work done fast as I was having the place painted. Tony came out right away for an estimate had his guys finish the job next day. I was really impressed by the speed at which they worked. The quality of work is high. One minor issue I had was that they guy who opened up wall section for new pipes could have opened smaller wall sections. Great service overall! Highly recommended!

The two young men realized exactly what to do. They put in a 3 inch line and claw from the main drain in front of my house to the street. Despite some rather ugly stuff that came out of the drain besides the expected tree roots, they were completely professional and cleaned up when they were done.They were finished in half an hour. When I asked, John called for the price to video the pipe prior to putting in a fiberglass lining if I wanted it. I decided against that for now. However, when I need a plumbing service again, I will certainly call Tony's Plumbing.

The serviceman was on time and fixed the problem with no trouble. He was professional and did a good job. The price was reasonable. Tony's has done a lot of work for us before and always a good job at a reasonable price.

Our home was in desperate need of plumbing repairs between the outdated plumbing and the leaks through out the house (under the sinks and around the toilet plumbing) we knew that we needed to take care of the problems once and for all. I contacted 3 different plumbing contractors from Angie's List and met with them. As soon as I met and spoke with Tony, I felt at ease because it was obvious he knew what he was talking about. He walked me through the process and told me he would have the estimate to me shorty. Sure enough I got the estimate quickly and it was very detailed and easy to understand. When I compared the three estimates and the three interviews, there was no doubt in my mind that Tony's Plumbing was the right choice. We hired Tony's plumbing and him and his professional and polite staff quickly began working on our home and had the work done in just three days with minimal damage to the interior and exterior walls. (we expected a lot worse from what we had been told by the other plumbing contractors) Overall we are very happy with the work Tony's Plumbing performed on our home and would definitely hire and refer Tony and his team for any future projects our family or our friends may have.

Due to a family tragedy we had a house full of people and woke up to a clogged sewer drain. Just what we needed on top of everything else. We called Tony's and they came right out. They snaked both bathroom drains and really saved the day. They were prompt, courteous, and very professional. I would recommend and will use Tony's Plumbing in the future.

We used Tony's Plumbing in the past for our remodel and other miscellaneous plumbing issues. Last year Tony's Plumbing snaked the main line and found roots in there. The main line was cleared but he told us that this problem will occur again because the roots will re-grow over time. As a preventive measure, we called Tony's Plumbing to snake the main line. Tony's Plumbing promptly sent out the technicians and performed the job. The technicians were professional and courteous. They tested the line and cleaned up before leaving the job. I would recommend Tony's Plumbing to anyone that needs dependable and quality service.

From estimate to date of service-- prompt, courteous, thorough, extremely professional. At end of long workday, his techs kindly screwed in my dishwasher to the counter---oversight by a previous handyman. He even turned on the appliance to make certain that it had been installed properly. Hope to not have future plumbing issues, but if something comes up---- Tony's plumbing is on my call list!

The work was done (and my fault for not having it in writing before hand), but not exactly as we had discussed. I wanted all plumbing inside the walls of the house. Some of the old pipes were outside. I was talked into doing it the same way. I regret it. My fault again for being talked into it. Tony said it was the way he would do it if it was his house. We talked about him giving me a written guarantee (I would have gotten a lifetime gty from the other company). He did finally add something to his hand written guarantee, but not before yelling at me and telling me he was losing money on this job. He repeated that he was losing money on this job constantly whenever I saw him. The best I can say is that the work is done and so far no leaks. I am sure that if I went with either of the 2 other companies that gave me estimates I would not have had the same issues. My advice is to get every thing in writing before the work starts. Don't get talked out of having done the way you want just because he says it is a better way and/or he is losing money on the job.

Tony's was easy to reach and the very pleasant and capable operator scheduled me for exactly the time I requested, which was a few days later, as this was not an emergency call. Two men arrived promptly at the specified time. They were very willing to answer my questions and efficient in their work. I was very pleased overall and will use this company again.

The whole experience was great. The technician who came to our house was very nice, and let us know what the problem was, and how they were going to fix it. In fact, I had to call them back to the house because the issue wasn't completely fixed. They showed up about 45 minutes after the second call, and fixed the issue completely. I will definitely use them in the future.
