Tony inspired confidence from his first visit to the home to give us a quote for the work. He promptly sent me a quote, which seemed very reasonable. I also got a quote from another company, who told me that our drain was 1.5 inches, not the required 2 inches, and so they would have to rip through our patio and cut into the drain line under the bathroom. Their quote was double Tony's. When I asked Tony about the size of the drain, he said he would come back to check it, because he was pretty sure it was 2 inches. Sure enough, he came back the next day and confirmed that the drain was 2 inches and there was no need for the additional work. So, he saved us $1800 right out of the gate! His guys were punctual and very pleasant. They cleaned up, and Tony came to check their work at critical stages. The work was inspected by the City today, and everything was approved. I can't speak highly enough of their work. The office staff are also extremely pleasant and responsive.

They arrived earlier than promised, did a great job and the price was very fair. Our toilet and shower had overflowed due to stoppage and we had a half inch of water on the bathroom floor - a big mess. They also cleaned up afterwards so the bathroom was ready to go. I recommend them and will use them again.

Mark the plumber was very personable, friendly and professional - He arrived on time (they worked us in to their busy schedule) and he got everything fixed in about an hour. He fixed drains and the pipes.

The plumbers were clean, polite and professional. They got right to work. The job (installation of a new kitchen faucet) took less than an hour and looks and works great. No mess to clean up afterwards, and they made sure I got the manuals and warranty information for the faucet.

Jose was prompt, very polite and completed installation without problem.

Mark and Todd were the two guys who did the work. I showed them the approximate location of the leaks and they went to work. They were friendly and did their job in a professional and workman like manor.

Very good response. They showed up on time and had a very large roto machine to clean tyhe stopped up drain that the smaller machine would not clean.

The plumber did a good job, but I thought that the price was on the high side.

Enrique and Todd arrived within a half an hour of my call. They were friendly and courteous. They listened to my description of the leaks. Enrique chose to investigate the facts instead of assuming that the two leaks were connected. He inspected the crawl space under the house and saw water dripping from the area where the water was puddling. There was definitely a leak from within the house instead of an external pipe problem. By process of elimination, he determined the leak was in our cold water line. By inspecting the walls and listening for water flow, he found the wall where he suspected the leak to be. He and Todd opened up the wall and immediately saw the leak in the copper pipe. With minimal damage to the surrounding area, they soddered a new length of copper pipe in place. Next, he quickly found the source of the leak in the ceiling - which stemmed from faulty piping underneath the sink in my kitchen island. They made all repairs efficiently, were professional at all times and cleaned up everything before leaving. I was very happy that I called Tony's Plumbing and will use them for any future plumbing issues.

Mark and Jose were right on time, fixed the clog in the kitchen and took out the broken garbage disposal and bought and replaced it with a new one. Tested all of it to make sure it was working properly. They also fixed the toilet by resetting it. THey are professional and excellent! Everything was done a very pleassant way.

We were having a lot of issues with the shower valve as it was leaking, and had another plumber the diagnose the problem wrong, so started searching on Angie's list and decided to work with Tony and his team. They were pretty punctual on scheduling and keeping their times everytime they visited, always felt professional and sincere. Unfortunately our shower valve was out of date and had to ask them to come a couple of times before finally deciding to change out the whole valve, since there was no replacement part. And since we were getting the valve replaced anyways, we also decided to change our kitchen water dispenser, water heater and garbage disposal too, and asked them to do it too. While changing the water heater, there were some leaks coming out from the water purifier, which Tony mentioned it was do to a old part. I think we got overcharged for that part since we didn't purchase it ourselves, but other than that, we bought everything ourselves and everything went pretty smoothly. (We had to call the team up a couple of times since some of the work was waiting for the reconstructor that we hired to fill up the wall in the shower, and I don't think Tony's team was responsible for the added times, just in case you're curious why we this had to be a 5-6 hour work in total.) Overall I would continue to use Tony's Plumbing as my main plumber contact and would recommend anyone I know.

Everyone from the front office dispatcher to the technicians was very polite and professional. The service was well done, and they were able to answer questions and offer suggestions for future service needs. Thanks to Angie's list for connecting me with such a great company!

Experience was v ery good. Service was quick, knowledgeable, and courteous. Cleaned up well after the job (especially the hole in ceiling mess required to to reach plumbing problem.)

Good - came on a Friday right after I called (11-22) - repaired toilet seat. On Tuesday (11-26) repaired drain line.

Very helpful on the phone - gave me some ideas to try, but we had someone come out anyways. Although they ran quite late, they called to make sure that was OK. Actually service was very quick and professional - he tested a few trouble spots methodically, found the issue within 15 minutes and suggested some ideas on how to resolve it (the problem was actually with the grouting and the rubber seal behind the wall, not any actual pipes or fixtures. All in all very good experience, and will definitely call again if we need anything.

Mark was on time, explained thoroughly what was needed for the repair. Very nice demeanor. Very professional and knowledgeable. Price was very reasonable. The company made a great effort to fit us in on a busy day!

Tony had 2 crews come by and both were professional and courteous. I will never use another company again.

I just called Tony's plumbing to fix the above mentioned issues. We also had them look at new toilet bowl we purchased from Home Depot that was leaking water. They suggested to contact the manufacturer to send us the defective part and they will be glad to come back to install it when it arrives. I had called this company twice in separate instances. They are very professional, respectful and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them!!
