Mark from Tony's Plumbing came and installed a new faucet in the bathroom. When the work was done there was some reluctance to honor the estimate I was given. He did a great job.

This company is wonderful! I never felt that I had to beg for anyone to visit. They were on time and responsive and did the work quickly! Thank you!!

Mark and Johnson were punctual, friendly, and professional. Got the roof cleaned in a timely manner. Cleaned up after themselves.

My wife dropped some jewelry in the sink. It was challenging to remove the elbow under the basin -- the connectors were really corroded and by the time I got them off, one of the pipes was broken. My wife was happy that I was able to retrieve the item but I was not happy at the prospects of putting in new pipes; there were some odd angles involved and I did not have the tools to cut the end off the old drain pipe. So, I picked Tony's from Angie's List and was happy to get a same day appointment. The scheduled called me a few times during the day with progress updates, and the job was completed with a minimum of fuss. Would use again, no question.

Kitchen leak fix was a simple fix to tighten nut on faucet hose, also had them fix leaking toilet and dripping tub faucet and also removed object from garbage disposal. They were very flexible in fixing all my odds and ends.

Tony's plumbing was prompt, efficient, and professional. This is the second time I have used their service and am very satisfied.

Unfortunately, the service appointment turned out to be on the hottest day of the year and access to the hot water heater, washing machine and dishwasher connections was VERY difficult. Fortunately "John" was thin and very flexible. Tony's was very easy to deal with, professional and very punctual. What more can you ask for?

Calling in to set the appointment was really easy. The plumbers arrived right on time and got to work. They quickly found the reason for leak in the reverse osmosis unit and fixed it. Also, changed the leaky kitchen faucet. Overall I am very happy with their work and professionalism.

Mark assessed the problem quickly, knew what to do and did it. Garbage disposal and sinks work and drain properly, as does dish washer.

This was the second call to the plumber for the same problem. The first time the plumbers came out, the toilet was clogged, not flushing well. The plumbers told us they snaked it and it drained but that it would clog again soon because we needed a new toilet. Within a month, the toilet clogged again. We purchased a new toilet and when it was being installed, we found out that the toilet drain was filled with roots. So we really didn't need a new toilet and would not have bought a new one had the plumbers cleaned out the roots in the first place. We paid for two service calls and a new toilet.

I had a pretty bad backup in the master bathroom and toilet. I searched angie's list and came across Tony's Plumbing along with a few of the other companies online. I read through the reviews, and for myself, felt most comfortable with what other reviewers said about Tony's plumbing. What also helped was that Tony's had an angies list special for $99 to snake several lines. I wanted to keep my cost down since I was residing at my folks house who plan to building a new house and to be close to my mother who is very sick. After I bought the deal, I called Tony's right away and I spoke to Karen. She as able to find that I bought the coupon right away and said that a couple of their guys are in the area and they maybe able to swing by to access the situation. She also qualified the situation a bit over the phone. She was extremely helpful, patient, and very customer oriented, which made me feel at ease. After we spoke, she called me back within 5 minutes letting me know two of her guys were coming out to assess and resolve my problem. About 30 minutes later, Johny and John came out to check things out. We got the formalities out of the way and they checked out the problems. They went outside to look over a couple of things. Next thing I know, they start snaking the line. Within 30 minutes, the toilet was flushing and the bathtub was draining. They buttoned everything up and made sure everything was okay. These guys were professional and knew exactly what they were doing. I think I was lucky for everything to fall into place, but Tony's crew made it all happen seamlessly and effortlessly. From my experience on the phone all the way to the completion of the job, I could tell Tony's plumbing is about taking care of their customers and keeping customers for the long haul. I would not hesitate to call them again and I would recommend them to anyone.

Friendly and professional, Mark (the technician) found the leak quickly, showed me where it was and told me how he would fix it before he did anything. After he fixed the leak, he cleaned everything up.

They had the lowest bid, so I chose them. They worked professionally and tested everything at the end. They did a good job.

The leak was hot water pressure line under tile floor/slab concrete foundation. I called to make an appointment with Tony to evaluate and make a recommendation. Tony suggested fixing as opposed to re-routing (to save on cost); then if another problem arises later it will be time to take on the re-routing of all the lines. The fix occurred with an appointment 3 days later when Enrique and Jose arrived. Prompt, professional, knowledgeable, friendly would describe them accurately. They removed four 8 inch tiles, jack-hammered through the concrete slab, discovered the pipe with a pin-p**** hole, cut out 8 inch length and repaired. Hole was left open to dry out. When dry I will need to fill, pour concrete and replace tiles. The job took 3 hours and billed at $410.

Todd and John came at the designated time and proceeded to lay down covers to protect the flooring. One worked on 1 job while the other worked on the other. They replaced the valves and cleaned my heater. They determined the leak was from broken down grout and I needed to regrout my shower floor. They also pinpointed potential problems down the road. All in all I was very satisfied with their job and would hire them again when the need comes up.

They had some difficulty removing the old faucets because of severely rusted parts. One of the basins needed to be replaced because a crack appeared during the process of removing one of the very rusted faucets. They replaced the basin. I felt the total cost of the job, including the new basin cost, was reasonable, considering the quote from another vendor had been $650 for just the faucets replacement job.

They Jammed up shower faucet in the master bathroom. Second guy restored water flow at no additional charge but wouldn't look at the bathroom.

This job was performed quickly and with the utmost professionalism. As noted, a custom-fabricated steel tank lid was required, and this required a subcontractor. Tony's handled this aspect seamlessly. In addition, Tony's handled a bit of "back seat driving" (we thoroughly researched the various kinds of pumps -- the pump is a very expensive component and must be sized and selected very carefully) with aplomb and treated us, and our technical research, with complete respect. In the end, Tony's job was, to my chemical engineer's eye, a fine piece of workmanship at a fair price. Tony welcomed us not only as a customer, but as an advisor too. But here's the really good part: I'm convinced that Tony's would have done an excellent job for a non-technical, non-involved customer too. That's because Tony and his employees take genuine pride in their work, and they are able to make very good livings at it without compromising their integrity.

Called the office and spoke to Tiffany who took the time to hear my problem and offer options for pricing and service. She was most courteous and patient as we spoke for nearly 10 minutes as I described the problem and went through various options on models, quality and cost. She put me on hold for a minute and came back with a definitive price for the new disposal and labor. A time window was set and she called near the end of it to inform me the technician was running late from another job. My appointment was pushed back an hour and John showed up right on time. He was also most courteous and professional as we talked things out during his work. Both John and Tiffany exhibited the service I expected after reading reviews here and they did not disappoint. I will call Tony's again with no hesitation should the need arise.

The pipe connecting the tee for a two-basin kitchen sink to the p-trap corroded through and broke off the bottom of the tee. The ABS pipe connecting the tee to the basin with the garbage disposal could be disconnected, but the metal pipe leading to the other sink could not be loosened from the tee and the nut which used to hold the p-trap onto the tee could not be removed from the p-trap, so both the p-trap and the metal pipe were replaced. The receptionist (sorry, I did not get her name) was wonderful: thorough and very patient even though we were dealing with a bad phone connection. She managed to fit my appointment in the same day, and her estimate for the tech's arrival time was spot on (she said she would call if the tech was running late, but no need this time). Technician John worked efficiently and took the time to explain what he did and why. For example, replacing the metal pipe (which was already showing signs of corrosion) with an ABS pipe now will remove any worries that the pipe will rot through and leak sometime down the road, as opposed to cutting the pipe off the tee and splicing in another section of pipe to fill the gap between the old pipe and the new tee. No mess left afterward, too. An excellent experience overall. (By the way, I chose Tony's Plumbing not just because of the good reviews, but also because they routinely respond to customer reviews, even if only to thank them for their business. Many companies will tell their side of the story when they get a bad review, but very few ask what they could have done better. Greatly appreciated, makes it easier to choose!)

2nd home we've use this company. 2nd time they did fantastic job in timely manner.

This is the third time I have used this plumber. They got me in the same day I called, to clear a whole house sewer line blockage. As with before, they showed up on time, got right to work, and did the work well. Always professional and easy to deal with.
