First, Tony's was so great to get me in the schedule as quickly as they did. My 90 year old mother came to live with me and the sink in which she was going to be using was so slow that I needed it done quickly. This is the 3rd or 4th time I used them on different parts of my home (Built 1952) and every single time I am so impressed with their quality and professionalism. John and Mark came in and got it done, thought it would take longer than 2.5 hours since they had to do repairs under the house. (Tony's had been here before and told us that it should be done if it stopped up again, which it did.) I will never call another plumber. Tony's is my plumber.

We've been pleased with them. I like their services obviously because I use them over and over again. They respond quickly when I called. They're quite familiar with my house underneath.

Tony's Plumbing was very professional but expensive. We purchased a new dishwasher and was told that the plumbing was not up to code. I got three estimates from Angie's list plumbers...all very close to each other. I liked Tony's because they asked how I had heard of them and gave me a 10% Angie's List discount. I was told that their hourly rate was $95/hr, which I assumed how the estimated price was determined. So to save some time and money, I completely disconnected and removed my old dishwasher. In the end the whole job took 2 hours. Excellent job. I called the representative at Tony's and asked if the job would cost less being that I had done this time saving work and was told no. I paid $373.50(after discount) divided by 2 hours= $186.75 per hour. No where near $95/hour. Next time, if there is prep work that I can do up front, I will go for strictly the hourly rate. My experience is no reason for me or someone else not to use Tony's Plumbing. Just need to ask more questions before work is done.

The guys from Tony's plumbing are always very professional and do a wonderful job. Original job started on the Thursday (12/31/14) before but they had to stop as the new sink was slightly larger than the old sink and wouldn't fit in the existing hole in the granite. I was able to get a contractor who works with stone out to cut the hole larger later that afternoon and rescheduled the guys from Tony's plumbing to come back out to finish the job on the following Monday, Jan 3, 2015. This was a reasonable delay due to the New Years holiday. They installed the new sink, with the new dishwasher air gap, new faucet, side sprayer, soap dispenser, garbage disposal and under counter water filter with it's faucet. They also installed new pipes and valves under the new sink. They were very responsive and answered all of my questions, including some issues I was having with the toilet in the front bathroom. I had them install a new water heater last August and was very please with that installation as well. Of the estimates I had on both this job and the water heater, they were not the cheapest, but then they were certainly not the most expensive. The old saying you get what you pay for is quite true. I had a different plumber out to repair a leaky pipe in 2013 that other plumber did a lousy job. I had to have the guys from Tony's plumbing redo that repair last August. That plumber had just put a clamp over the hole instead of repairing the pipe and charged me over $200 for that clamp. Tony's plumbing is honest, reasonably priced and does good quality work. Will continue to use Tony's Plumbing for my future plumbing needs.

Mark checked several possibilities for the problem and determined that the drain was the culprit.

Great! Mark was very friendly and personable plus he did a great job of explaining the issue and how to ensure my new garbage disposal would not break again. Scheduling was also easy, Denise & Tony's wife were very nice!

We had a little scheduling problem, but we worked it out to an acceptable response. (No show during scheduled arrival, but it involved a personal emergency). Technician Lionel showed up as scheduled and did an excellent job removing the old faucet and installing the new one. It took an hour, and that is what he charged me for. All in all a good value, and I am a repeat customer. HIGHLY recommended!

Mark arrived on time, evaluated work to be done, explained procedure and completed work in under 2 hours.

John & Johnny are the prime example of professional. Courteous, prompt, quick and clean, these guys are the ones you should want taking care of your plumbing. I had several other plumbers out for an estimate, and they we're the only honest people in the whole group, and more reasonably priced. I would recommend Tony's plumbing to anyone!

Tiffany took our call first thing in the morning and was professional and pleasant. Despite it being New Year's Eve, she was very accommodating and maintained contact with us up to when the technician, Lionel, arrived. She was at all times, genuinely concerned with getting our job done. Lionel was similarly professional and knowledgeable. He kept us informed of the progress and went above and beyond in getting the job done and answering our questions. We will definitely use Tony's Plumbing for future needs.

Working with Tony's Plumbing was great. Not only were they the most economical of the quotes that we received for a complete home plumbing redo, but they were super professional, accomodating, and did great work. We had to reschedule our plumbing work easily 5 or 6 times due to a delay in our renovation, and Karen in the office was totally accommodating each and every time. When we were finally ready, they fit us in aok. The guys that did the work were nice, professional, and clearly knowledgeable. We have exacting standards for the work done in our home, and had zero complaints about the work that they did. They were also accommodating when we requested minor alterations, running a gas line to the ceiling for a future furnace upon request. Would not hesitate to have them back to complete the remainder of the work on our house when we're ready, and have no hesitation recommending these folks!

John and Jose arrived promptly, as scheduled, and handled the job with care, concern, and expertise uncommon of anyone I've worked with, not just in plumbing. They were polite, professional, considerate, and did more than they were asked to do. While the toilet was the main culprit, they tested all the main drain branches in the master bathroom to ensure the drain was clear. When they were done, they very carefully removed their tools and hardware, and left the work area clean and tidy. I can't give Tony's Plumbing any higher rating or recommendation. They were a pleasure to work with, and I will call them regularly from now on for all plumbing needs.

The technician started out trying to snake the drain through the roof. Didn't work. Going through the line under the sink and in the shower went well. Drains were all running well within an hour. The technician was polite, neat and tidy.

Mr. Sanzone arrived at our home within 45 minutes of my call to his excellent assistant, Karen. It quickly appeared that the water company might fix the leak, so Mr. Sanzone left. He was punctual, professional -- obviously a good guy. He is at the top of my list should I need a plumber.

I am extremely happy with the job Mark did for us. He is quite thorough and very neat.

Tony (the owner) came out himself. I called the office right after I purchased the deal on Angie's List, and Tony was able to come to my house in Torrance within 1 hour after calling the office! We were thrilled Tony was able to come so quickly. Tony explained to us that the snaking is only a temporary solution because it only cuts approximately a 1-inch diameter bore thru the intruding roots. In order to get all the roots requires a Hydro-Jet procedure, which is significantly more expensive (although there are some great deals for Hydro-Jet service on Angie's List, too). The ultimate solution is to reline the sewer pipe with an epoxy material that is guaranteed for 50 years, but that is super expensive and my elderly folks won't be around for that long. I highly recommend Tony.

Arrived exactly when I was told. Evaluated the problem and fixed readily and very professionally. Paid attention to the little details that always matter--I would think most any plumber can fix the drain basket, but provider (Mark) went above and beyond to ensure all of the little things were done (well prepped the work space, made sure all of the other components of the sink were functioning and let me know what needed attention, gave specific instructions of what to look for down the line). Would be happy to use them again.

It went just fine, and the price was the same as what was quoted. We are completely satisfied with the product.

Installed a new Bradford White 50 Gal. water heater and a Smitty pan which was extra. Tony came by first to give me a quote and let me know exactly what I needed and the exact cost. He is punctual, professional, knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. They returned 2 days later and installed the water heater and smitty pan which we definitely needed as it sat on wood in garage. We were completely satisfied and will use Tony in the future for all of our plumbing needs. We're so happy to find a reliable, honest plumber and recommend him and his employees very highly.

Great plumber. Came on time, paid extra attention to to detail, solved the problem and cleaned up everything.

Had gotten quite a few estimates from other plumbers before selecting Tony's plumbing to replace my water heater. The old one was still functional, but was 18yrs old and had a slow drip. Of the estimates I had gotten, I felt they were competitively priced. They were very responsive in helping to select an installation date that worked for me and in answering all of my questions prior to the job. We did have to reschedule to later in the day as they had an emergency job that came up in the morning. They did call to let me know. I was OK with that since my job was not an emergency and it was still done that day. Since I wanted an extra pipe from the TMP valve to the planter instead of what was standard to just to the pan under the water heater, they were not able to finish that part that day. They put it in the standard way to the pan that evening though so that it would be safe till they came out to put it to the way that I wanted it. They call me the next day to make arrangements to come back out on Saturday morning to finish the job so that I wouldn't have to take any more time off of work. The two guys that came out initially to do the water heater install and the guy that came out on Saturday, were all very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. The guy that came out on Saturday was nice enough to check on a pipe under the house house on the hot water line that I was concerned about. I'd had a different plumber out the previous year to fix a leak and had heard later when in the process of getting some other plumbing estimates that they had only put a clamp on it instead of fixing it properly. The guy from Tony's plumbing called the office and they agreed to fix the pipe properly for just the cost of the time and materials since they were already there. He also showed me the section of the pipe that he took out so that I could see what the previous plumber has done. Overall, I felt that they did very good quality work at a reasonable price. Will definitely use Tony's Plumbing again for other plumbing work that I want to have done.
