Great job, again. Quick, professional.

There was a miss understanding regarding the billing on both sides. I contracted the service. However, I was not able to be present when the provider showed up. My husband was home and he did not understand the purpose of the voucher and paid him for the service. I emailed the provider and I called customer service. Both the provider and Angie's List customer service were great regarding the snafu.. The provider was sending the technician back to my house to return the cash, however Angie's List had already credited my card. I would use the provider again.

Seems above satisfactory. Unlike last service about a year ago, i waited for them to show up for a long time (it was another guy, although he turned out to be nice and willing to make sure i was happy with the job). This time John showed up at the time promised and finished the job. Only thing though Jonh told me the secretary will call me same day to schedule a follow up which is included in the price given, to check roots around September 2015, they never call me back to set up an appointment for SEpt. Maybe they just forgot. As long as when the appointment is made and that they will come as i was told for a follow up, i would be ok with that. One last thought, John seems very willing to do his job right.

This is the second time I have used Tony's Plumbing. Since the service was great the first time (see my previous review) I called them to work on another problem. A technician by the name of John showed up on time and much like the first time I used Tony's Plumbing, he had the right equipment, knew what he was doing, and did his work in an organized and neat manner. There is no doubt that I will use them in the future.

Mark arrived early, is very affable & professional. He did a great job.

We returned from a 4 day vacation to find a puddle under the sink and on the floor. I called Tony's Plumbing at 8:30 and they were able to come out within a couple hours. John came out promptly and fixed the leak within minutes. All that was required was tightening the washer. John showed me where the leak was and told me that the washer did not need to be replaced. I appreciated that he could come out the same day and fix the leak so quickly. I also appreciate his honesty that the washer didn't need to be replaced or try to upset me. And it was very nice that he fixed it for free! This is my second time using this company, the first time was in September 2014. Both times the service has been prompt and professional. I would definitely recommend them.

They were great. They showed up on time, They were professional and took extra care to not make a mess. They got things done quickly and and a price that was actually a bit let than they quoted. I will certainly use them in the future.

got quote many months ago when old tank working well but hitting 15 year mark. Tony was on time and very professional, he pointed out what needed to be done to meet newer city codes. didn't give immediate verbal quote but same day I got email with exact type-written specs and materials and total cost. decided to wait and sure enough months later I spotted a small leak. called another plumbing company and they gave off the cuff cost and poorly hand written quote which was 200 $ below Tony's price. They could do it tomorrow and said it was a 2 man job. Decided to call Tony's phone, had them look up quote and they sent 4 young men out to do the job quickly and professionally same day that I called. They left everything tidy. New tank performs better than old tank when that one was new. Very pleased with result and price was exactly as quoted originally. Highly recommend.

Mark & Jonathan were on time & worked quickly & professionally. Cleaned up thoroughly & Mark gave me clear instructions on how to complete.

Plumbers were on time, diagnosed the problem, tried to remove stoppage through cleanout in front of the house but had to remove toilet to clear stoppage.

Our day began with dirty, sewage water sitting in the first floor bathtub. I called Tony's Plumbing, with whom I had had a positive interaction to install updated bath fixtures. The office worked me into the schedule within two days, and the crew quickly found that snaking would not clear the blockage and that I had water under my house. This requires professional certified remediation specialists and a methodical 'who dun it' to finding the blockage. John contacted the remediation specialists and began the forensics on the cause of failure. He and his aide grabbed shovels and dug where his scope indicated the blockage but found nothing but dirt. So plan B. The aide donned protective gear and crawled under the house and with John's direction and the use of some kind of echo location tool above they triangulated where our plumbing converged into the sewer that went to the city main in the street (not sure if nomenclature is correct ? hope you get the picture). I watched this process. It was neither simple nor easy. From this process John had developed a strategy and the team installed three new clean-outs the use of which will protect us from this type of tragedy ever again. The final task was to employ a 4000 psi hydro-jet cleaner (which is far more advanced and effective than snaking) at each clean-out. The device also has a camera so the result (or problem) is easier to confirm. This process took two long, energetic days to complete. My observation is that, from Tony Sanzone on down, Tony's Plumbing is a great team of specialists I can depend upon to help maintain the value of my property.

Mark was on time and very respectful and nice. The price was exactly as expected and very reasonable. Mark worked at a fast pace and kept me informed of process along the way. I was very happy with the entire experience.

Mark & Jonathon arrived on time. They were both very professional & courteous, but also friendly and enjoyable to work with. Mark was happy to answer all our questions, but that didn't stop him from continuing to work efficiently. He is very knowledgeable and thorough. We'll request him when we're ready to install the new faucets.

The plumbers arrived 10 min early. They were thorough, professional & friendly. Though did not get a all of work done, am very happy with quality of work. Will definitely use in future.

This is the second time I have used Tony's Plumbing. Let me say, the first person you meet when you call them is Mandy. She couldn't be nicer. I set up the appointment with her, an Angie's list deal to snake the main clean out for $99.00. The crew that arrived, John and Dillon, were very professional and nice. I wasn't having any trouble with the sewer line, but I know that I get roots growing there and John soon proved that to be true as he snaked the line and brought up the roots. It didn't take long. Maybe 10-15 minutes. While they were cleaning up I asked John his opinion of water heaters, both tankless and the standard type. He gave me his opinions and I am pretty sure I will be calling Tony's to have one put in soon. John also explained to me that the business is family owned and run and therefore everyone has a vested interested in customer satisfaction. I believe it. They get my vote, and more of my work.

Dillan and John arrived promptly. They quickly assessed the problem and efficiently cleared my drains. They were extremely professional and great to deal with. I would recommend these guys with absolutely no reservations. I would also use them again in a heartbeat. It was refreshing to have something go so right.

Mark & Jonathan opened drywall from garage to detect leak coming from ceiling from upstairs shower. Quickly determined pinhole leak in crappy copper pipe. Pulled old pipe out, and put a new one in. Quick clean up. Made excellent recommendations on what to do in the future. Extremely professional and friendly.

Prompt response to call. Mark came out right away worked efficiently and completed the job quickly to get water back on time.

After some bad advice and probably unnecessary sales from our previous plumbing company, I decided to find someone on Angie's List. I chose Tony's Plumbing, which has almost entirely "A" ratings and is local to the South Bay. This was a good decision, because the two men who came out (John and Dillon) were exceptionally professional, friendly, competent, and honest. Based on my previous plumber's advice, I expected to have to pay a considerable amount to replace the jacuzzi bath fixtures and potentially replace two pipes underneath the bath, which are very hard to get to and reportedly involved cutting through Travertine. Instead, John informed me that, in fact, the faucets etc did not have to be replaced, only the associated cartridges, and that the pipes underneath the bath were in good shape and did not need any work. They did all required work, including going out to get some parts, in a very short time, cleaned up afterwards, and charged very little compared to what I expected. I will stick with Tony's Plumbing from this point forward.

Tony showed up on time for an assessment of the work required, and provided a bid the next day. The office staff scheduled the work for 17 February, early in the morning. Two technicians showed up on time to perform the bid work. They were polite and very professional. They worked carefully and methodically, testing to their satisfaction, and cleaning up where they had been. They completed the work specified. The work quality was excellent. We were very satisfied. (This was a far superior performance to what we had experienced with another plumbing contractor, who did not show up at appointed times, who left the job with the promise to return later, and never finished the entire job.)

They did an excellent job and were timely! They did experience some issues but fixed them immediately.
