Plumbers camed, estimated size of job, returned next day and finished the work. Big job w/walls down and new drains and clean outs installed. Everything works great for first time in 20 yrs. Cleaned up well.

Mark was a little late because of running late due to a prior job. He was polite, professional, and did the job efficiently. He cleaned up the area well.

On the morning of July 21, 2015, I uncovered I had a leak underneath the sink in one of the upstairs bathrooms. Because I had done work with Tony's Plumbing, I called them to see when they might be able to get this repaired. They remembered me, and said they would call me back. When I got the call back, they said someone would be at my residence later that same afternoon. I got a call in the early afternoon, there would be a different technician than originally thought; but they were coming to my residence today. The technician (Mark) actually was one who had done work for me before. Mark is professional, with excellent communications skills and quickly identifies the problem to provide a solution. Thank you to Tony's Plumbing for their responsiveness and service.

John & Jonathan were prompt, polite, NEAT CLEAN UP and explained everything. Scheduler, Karen, made sure the plumbers that came were able to have the equipment and skill to do both jobs in one visit. Very happy with service.

Karen and Mandy know their business. They helped me get to the root of the problem quickly. I emailed a photo of the job site and they responded with a quick estimate. Friendly and thoughtful ? kept in touch with text messages too. After a quick confirmatory call, the technician arrived as promised. Fast, clean, courteous, punctual and professional. Excellent plumbing service at a fair price ? no surprises. John expertly performed the repair and got us back to normal in record time. Yard cleanup, dirt and sod replacement was also top-notch.

Mark arrived at the expected time and went straight to work. He unclogged my bathroom sink and fixed the handle on my toilet. Then we walked through other services I needed including two new toilets and a set of shower furniture. He was polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. I would definitely use him again.

They did a great job. They cleared everything for us. They didn't charge any more than what I had paid. We thought they were going to do the camera but they didn't even use the camera. Whatever I paid for, they didn't use that, but they did something else. The service was good.

The young man that came, I think his name was Tony, at the appointed time. He told me that the faucet needed to be replaced because all its problems were due to wear and tear. I had him replace the filter which he did promptly and quickly. He was very neat, clean and polite and best of all he did not charge me for installing the filter. All in all a very good experience and I will call them again for any plumbing problems or services.

Tony's Plumbiing did a complete repipe of our 2500+ sq. ft house, which included 2.5 baths, a laundry room and kitchen. Tony himself came out to help us figure out the water heater replacement/relocation. Tony's workers enjoy their jobs and each other, even through frustrating situations on the job. They were good-humored and explained anything I asked them. They took care with our flooring, covering the wood floor with cloth tarps and taping paper over the carpet where they worked. They cleaned up at the end of each day, using a shop vac. to get most of the dust and even wet-wiping the stairs before leaving on a particularly dusty day. Tony is really nice and is very familiar with the permit requirements/rules and pulled the proper permits and had the work inspected (twice). I had a friend patch the drywall holes in his spare time over a long period. I regretted not having Tony's patching crew do the work, since my friend wasn't up on the requirements for sealing/patching the area around the tankless water heater. Also, there's a lot to be said for having the patching work done in the day or two Tony's would have taken. Because of the drought, I wanted to recover all the water in my old water heater. Tony's was helpful in aiding me with this; it was no problem at all. I can't say enough nice things about the people who answer the phone - they are very caring and try to get someone to come right away if you have an unexpected leak. General Notes about a repipe: Expect lots of dust. Anyone who cuts through walls and drywall will generate dust. I did find myself placing old towels strategically when the plumbers left pipes leaning up against the wall, but I'm not sure that was necessary. PEX can have a plastic smell/taste for awhile. I wouldn't hesitate to trust Tony's with all my future plumbing needs.

Mark was awesome. He went further than previous plumbers were willing to go under the house to confirm that nothing else was leaking. He even used a hand shovel to get all the way through.

Made appointment for 1 1/2 months but was available earlier, so they came out. Mark showed up and performed the work quickly and efficiently.
