Arrived during assigned time window diagnosed the problem and had to do extensive snaking to clear blockage.

In the past we have always relied on Mark of Tony's Plumbing and we are always happy with him and his work. This visit was no different except he had a delightful young man with him that seemed to be learning some of Mark's amazing plumbing skills . As long as Tony's Plumbing has Mark, We will ALWAYS go with this company. Folks, if they are booked and you can wait, the service you get is worth the wait. In addition to Mark, the girl I spoke to on the phone was a pleasure to my ears. She let me know where Mark was with his schedule, when he was on his way and how close he was so that I could be at the door when he got there. Tony and Karen are fiercely proud of their company and they have good reason to be.

Right on time, got right to work on toilet first. Then worked hard to clear roots in outdoor drain. Good job on both jobs.

Mark was on time and got right to work. Examined and cleaned out the drain, explained everything I needed to know to keep it good. Inspected faucet with no issues and advised it is from pressure coming into house and did advise on some options.

Mark arrived on-time, removed the old garbage disposal, replaced some of the drain pipe, and installed the new garbage disposal we purchased. He tested the drain pipes to make sure there was no leakage. Nice, polite, and professional work.

Albert the Technician arrived promptly, he was VERY courteous. He spoke very well. He came in my home and I showed him to the kitchen, and he begin working explaining to me what the problem was, and fix the clogged drain. Afterwards I he gave me a receipt of what he had done. Thank me for my business, a d I thank him for being so PROMPT! And told him if I ever needed more problems fix I will be SURE to REQUEST him PERSONALLY! The service provider was a nice guy and showed up on time. He did fix the dishwasher smell but now we have the loudest dishwasher ever. He tried to come back and fix it (which was great) but was unsuccessful. We are puzzled by this not being able to be fixed?? Price was fair but I needed to ask him to take about 20 minutes off of the price while he was in his truck after he finished. He fixed the leak outside and was very kind to let us know what we could do to fix the toilet upstairs.

It was scheduled from noon to 2 pm; but they called early and asked if it would be ok if the technician came by 10:30; since I hadn't cleaned the area where he'd be working I was reluctant but she reassured me that it'd be ok so I said yes. He showed up by 10:30, looked at what had to be done, went to get the parts, and by noon, I had the parts replaced, the leak stopped and was pleasantly presented with recommendations for my upcoming remodel. The price for the work done was very reasonable. This is not the first time I've had Tony's do work for me and it certainly won't be the last. Thank you.

The crew arrived and assessed where they were going to drill for overflow pipe. They got down to work, removed old tank, and placed new one without any damage. Then cleaned up after.

Mark (Plumber) investigated issue & found loose wire. Fixed wire in place & tested unit. Called Bradford White to check, issue resolved & warranty.

Because of some of the poor work previous plumbers and contractors had done, it was not too surprising that Mark and Andrew ran into a couple of challenges and had to spend more time and install more fittings than we had originally planned on, but it was clear that everything that done was necessary. It was all shown to me, fully explained, and while unfortunate for me, it all made sense and was very fair. Both Mark and Andrew worked very hard. They almost appeared to feel guilty when they asked if they could take a lunch break, forgetting that I had suggested it a while back. These two guys are hard workers. They tried very hard to protect the floors, counters, etc. from scratches, dirt, etc. and they succeeded, but let's face it, plumbing work is dirty work. They were pleasant, laughed at my jokes, even left me alone when I dozed off for a few minutes. They were very polite, very skilled and knowledgeable, very fair, very hard working, and I am happy that I took my chances with them. It was a gamble that I based strictly on the Angie's List reviews and chatting with Karen on the phone. It paid off very well. They're apparently (I did not check it out) insured, bonded, licensed, experienced, etc., and they guarantee they're work. The previous "skilled" workers I hired from other companies did not do a good job. Mark and Andrew of Tony's Plumbing did a very good job. It was money well spent. Next time I need plumbing work, I'll be calling Tony's Plumbing and I'll ask for Mark and his assistant, Andrew.

The pilot light on our old water heater would go out sporadically but with increasing frequency. This particular brand/model had many complaints and even a class action law suit as we found out later. We called several plumbers on Angies list and they were aware of this problem and all recommended the same replacement brand so we decided not to try and fix our old heater but rather replace it. We had called 2 other plumbers on Angies list but had used Tony's plumbing before and we were happy with them. They were also able to give us the best price and come out the day after we first called. I was going to be out of town and did not want my wife to have to deal with this, which is why we asked for a rush job. There were also some plumbing code violations that needed to be fixed. The two technicians, Johnny and Dave, came out on time with the new heater. They completed the job in about 2 hours and we had hot water that night. Johnny and Dave were very professional and easy to talk to. They shared their experience in maintaining and getting the most out of the water heater. We will use Tony's again for any other plumbing problems and whole-heartedly recommend them.

As seems to be usual in cases of drastic plumbing problems, the stoppage occurred at night. A company that does roto rooting didn't have the proper equipment (a small enough bit) for my pipe. .Tony's was able to come early the next morning. This problem was at a duplex I own. Since I had had a similar problem (old cast iron pipe in my case) at my own house a decade ago, I was able to appraise the accuracy of what John said was necessary. The proposal by Tony's Plumbing was detailed, and the price, while large, didn't seem excessive for the work. John was efficient and diligent.

Tony's Plumbing is a reliable, professional company. Tony has a good crew of guys, and he checks on the progress of work regularly. When there are concerns with the city inspector, he dealt with the inspector himself, and made sure the inspector was satisfied. Since we are doing our remodel slowly, and we are living in the house while remodelling, we need a reliable crew. His guys are trustworthy and loyal to Tony, as well as thoughtful about the fact we are living in their workspace. In addition to the remodel, which involved a lot of work, we have called Tony's Plumbing several times for non-remodelling related repairs (it's an old house and it's falling apart!) The team is super-responsive, good at communicating what the problem is, and fixing it. When there's been a hidden leak, they've even saved the leaky pipe so we can see where the leak was happening. bjk His crews aren't always the best about cleaning up after themselves, but that is a relatively small complaint. The quality of the work has been very good. One of the things I appreciate most about Tony is his focus on customer service. I felt that when we had concerns, (bound to happen in a remodel), he worked hard to find a fair resolution. His crew follows his lead, and works hard to make sure the job is done right. The front office is friendly and communicative and great about responding when there is an urgent repair (I've used them for repairs as well as remodelling). Tony is also very good about quoting his work in a professional manner. He may not be the cheapest, but his work is good. I recommend Tony's Plumbing for remodelling jobs, as well as for repairs. They are reliable, trustworthy and do good work.

Very nice and helpful office staff on the phone. Kept us informed about when the crew would show up to do the job. The guys that came to do the job were bright, articulate, clean and did the job efficiently with humor. A great experience and I would and will use them again for all my plumbing needs. Can't say enough good things about them.

This is the second time I have used Tony's Plumbing and I am so pleased with their service. I had Mark come out both times and he is so friendly and professional. He does an outstanding job and is a true asset to this company.

I received 3 estimates for the same job. I was very careful to make sure the jobs were bid the same. Tony came out and provided the bid very quickly. It was amazing the wide spread in bids for exactly the same job. The bid from Tony was the lowest and I actually had the best feeling that his company would do the job right. The appointment was made quickly. Two people came out and completed the job in a timely fashion. Both were friendly and professional. Needless to say I was very pleased with the outcome. I highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs. The pool heater installer admired the job they need and made his job much easier. Thanks Tony and the crew.

Mark was on time and went to work immediately on the problem. He communicated extremely well about what the job would entail and did the repair in a timely manner. He was very pleasant and friendly.

Very professional. They came in, introduced themselves, and started to assess what the problem may be. Once the problem was assessed, they informed me of the work involved to repair it.

Mark, the plumber, came on time and explained to me what was wrong with the garbage disposal after examining it. Mark worked quickly and proceeded to the upstairs bath drain and was also quick to finish. Friendly, hard working and affordable! I will use them again in the future for sure!
