I received a prompt response from my request for service thru HA from the contractor. He was able to fit me in same day, which was amazing. He called when on his way for appt time. He was professional, knowledgeable about his services,answered all our questions with a smile. When we needed info out of his scope hhe recommended others and had their business cards. We will absolutely use them again the the future when the need arises. Totally 5 stars.

In the past, I have used local businesses to clean my chimney but unfortunately they did not call me back after my attempts to contact them. I never used Home Advisor before and was afraid that it would suck. I was glad that I decided to give these professionals a chance. Anthony came out and did a top notch job that fit my schedule perfectly. He provided visual evidence of repairs needed on the top of the chimney and did not charge me an arm and a leg to repair it that day. He is dog friendly and I will keep his card on hand to have him check the fireplace for the winters to come.

Called to say he was on the way...After 20 plus years with a chimney sweep that retired, hired another and had TJ check his work...excellent evaluation of a recent chimney cleaning...he did a thorough inspection, including pictures. Will definitely have TJ back next year and highly recommend him!

TJ from North State UCS was prompt to reply with appointment. Had to re-schedule for the following day, but did so promptly. Inspected outside of chimney and found big cracks. Took pictures and showed them to me, as he suggested a sealer with a 25-yr warranty and price for it. I agreed - he worked quickly (about 40 mins on the roof) and then cleaned and inspected from inside the house. Everything was done effeciently and cleanly. Thank you!

Tony was prompt for initial appointment as well as each day of the project. The crew (Harvey, Andy and Tony) took 3 continuous days and they were extremely courteous, attentive to details, explained the work project thoroughly and open to questions. The work area was kept clean daily and the final clean-up was immaculate. I would definitely use United Chimney Service in the future and highly recommend their professional service.
