Chris & his crew were very professional & proficient; they did exactly what Christ said they would do. They cleaned, polished & resealed natural stone floors, countertops and shower surrounds in five different rooms in about 6 hours. They also repaired a few loose tiles, filled some holes & re-grouted in some areas. Chris even included three small areas not part of the original estimate at no extra charge! Chris was by far the least expensive of 3 estimates I got & did a great job. I will definitely be calling them back when its time to reseal again.

Chris was very professional and did exactly what he said he would do. He was very conscientious about his work and made small adjustments per my request with a wonderful attitude. I will definitely be calling him again for bi-annual upkeep of our saltillo tiles.

Overall, it was not a good experience. What I was promised Chris, the owner, did not deliver until I called him on it. He was not happy and although he came back and cheerfully finish the job he left a lot of debris on my travertine floor. He also did some grout work that was terrible. I would never recommend him.

On time, on budget.

Chris and his assistant were here on time. Too many vendors I've worked with are late and make me wait around all day for them to show up. These guys were on time and got right to work scrubbing the tile with a machine. They went after more stubborn areas with a wire brush, vacuuming up the cleaning solution with a wet vac. They brought blowers to accelerate the drying process while they went to work on my shower, which was in terrible shape. The tumbled tile made it impossible to clean in all the crevices where gunk had accumulated. Chris then re-grouted the base of the shower walls and filled in some of the larger surface holes in the tumbled tiles. When they were done, the shower was sparkling. After rechecking the main floor tile, they went back over some of the stubborn grout areas, cleaned them up, and sealed all the tile floors, the vanities, the tub surround and the shower. The whole process took close to 4 hours to do 850 sq. ft. While not cheap, I think the work was well worth the investment, and he was less expensive than some of the other highly rated companies. Chris told me he has been in the business for 32 years. He truly exhibited a wealth of knowledge about my tiles and how to care for them. I highly recommend Marble and Stonelife if you live in the LA area.

Chris and his partner did a fantastic job on my saltillo tile. It had not been cleaned in the eighteen years that I have lived here. Now, it looks like I installed a brand new floor. They were on time, very neat, and stuck to the price that I was quoted Thanks so much.
