Chris Chai is a very nice, responsible and honest individual. He was extremely punctual and responsive. However, he probably underbid our saltillo tile restoration job and ended up giving us a credit due to paint damage. His crew had a very difficult time stripping our floor. Half way through the job we settled for a good floor scrubbing and resealing. His crew was careless and sloppy. They used machinery to strip the floors adjacent to the walls, resulting in extensive paint damage. After the job was completed, we found many areas of sealer on the walls.

I had some 40-year-old fake marble counters and a tile shower that needed some TLC. The company did an excellent job on the marble. The tile was better, but not acceptable. The technician was prompt, courteous, and I thought the price was fair. I would certainly recommend them for stone work.

Prompt call, very nice, and honest to deal with - job completed when promised. Explained what he had done and what I needed to do after he left. We would definitely use his services again.
