Very friendly movers and respectful. The negative was the truck wasn't big enough to handle my move in one trip. They worked later than they should have with a bigger truck.

I spoke with Tony on the phone. He was very professional and helpful, and more importantly, the verbal quote I received was honest and accurate. As a retired person, that is very important to me. On moving day, my movers were John and Hugo. They handled my furniture and posessions more carefully than I would have myself! All of my furniture was carefully padded and wrapped. I had my boxes packed before I arrived. They carefully loaded everything and I had no damage or loss to anything. They were beyond helpful! My move was a bit challenging simce I was moving to an upstairs spartment, with a narrow turn radius and another apartment directly across the stairs. The loveseat wouldn’t fit through the door — Hugo and John didn’t miss s beat - they lifted it over my second story balcony from the steps. I still don’t know how they did it! I was very impressed. It was “all in a day’s work” to them. Once I was all moved in, they helped me place my throw rug snd rearranged my shelves for me. John and Hugo were kind, respectful and very professional. I would definitely hire TLC Moving Services again. Great job, guys!

Initially conversation was great. Received quite over the phone and agreed to price. Once they workers arrived paper work was a different quote. Very disappointed. Workers were professionals. Unfortunately where not able to complete job.
