they did a great job, were friendly - but one complaint - they expected a huge tip. I was upset about this. How much I tip should be left up to me. I am a senior citizen and they should have realized that I could not do what they would have liked -they should not have come right out and asked for a tip. That was rude. The tip, whether I want to give it or not is up to me, not them. I hope that they don't this on their next assignment. But, otherwise, they did work very hard and did a good job.

We were told it would be a 1 day move and it took 2 days, with a day in between. They damaged an antique buffet and still have not taken responsibility for the damage.

TLC is the absolute best! I was in dire need of help moving and had no one to help me. Tony came to the rescue!! His professionalism, amazing skill at packing and handling a dolly was amazing! TLC moved our Pastor to the church Parsonage that the members had worked on for over 2 months as it needed a lot of TLC!! We had planned to move her belongings ourselves, but being that we are a senior group and pretty tired we decided to hire TLC. What a true Blessing the 3 men were and so very respectful to our dear Pastor and to all of our small bit mighty team. Tony from TLC was amazing. We had a senior lady that needed to be moved from Los Angeles to Hemet with her car and furnishings within a few days. When I called Tony and told him he said he would be happy to make happen and he did. Communicated with me from the start to the completion and our Senior Lady was delighted with the move. The employees, both on the phone and in person were friendly and understanding. I was told they would be there at 10:00 and they showed up on time. Something I truly appreciate. Overall great service.
