I made an appointment with them which they later rescheduled. Then they didn't show up on the new day of the appointment. When I phoned, he told me the workmen would arrive in an hour. I waited 3 hours and by the time they arrived, it was pitch black outside. They came back the following morning and installed the 2 awnings. After they left, I noticed the larger awning was damaged - the paint was scraped off of the frame and the spears, there was a rip in the fabric and part of the metal frame was dented. Nick (the owner) came by the following weekend and I pointed out all of the problems. He assured me he could have the awning repaired and brought back within the week. It has now been 3 weeks and I have called their office almost every day and left messages. After 2 weeks, I finally got ahold of someone who told me the owner was sick and would be back by 1/28/08. No one has returned my calls. They have cashed my down payment of 50%.
Description of Work: The job was to install an awning at my back door and a larger spear style awning over a small patio on the side of my house.
