Description of Work: Removed old water heater, replaced new one, installed it properly and made sure it was secure. They were professional,polite and answered questions I had. I'm a penny pincher so any price is too much. This job had to be done properly. So I'm glad they were able to provide the service, I was very pleased.

Description of Work: Replaced leaking pipe from upstairs bathroom. The pipe was cast iron and it had very large crack. Not an easy job but they fixed it and now we can use that bathroom again. |

Description of Work: Ernie's does a good job of performing repairs and will continue to use them for minor repairs. However I needed plumbing fixtures to be installed. I did not use them because they are limited in the types of plumbing fixtures they will install. The installation was not complex and should have taken 3-4 hours tops to install. The rates quoted for this were very high.

 + -1 moreThis company did a pretty good job for me. They had a pretty big job to do unclogging our drain. They did a good job getting it done. I thought their service was very good. The people were nice, and I was happy with their quality of work, professionalism, and responsiveness. It did seem like the price was a little bit high, but that's okay.
