I spent $104 with them. There's always someone to greet you and assist you with your questions. They helped me find what I needed to accomplish what I wanted to do. They're polite, professional and knowledgeable. There use to be a Lowe's nearby but they closed it down. If they didn't I would probably shop there more than Home Depot.

Our old skylights had worn out - they were plastic and leaking. They framed for curb mounted and installed those on the existing cut-out. We asked them to make sure the patio stopped leaking - it was an odd configuration with a small gap between the roof of the house and the patio. Whoever built that originally did a really poor design job. They were able to fill the gap with some kind of special underlayment that they draped into the gutter to eliminate the opportunity for the water to find a way into the patio. Looks like that has solved the problem. And, of course, tear off and replace existing roof, dormers, etc. The tear off was messy but what else is to be expected - it is a construction site for a few days. My only complaint about that is they used a sub for that, and one of them touched the supply wiring to the house and disturbed it, causing it to arc. Thank God they did not get hurt, and we did not lose power. But they did not tell anyone that happened until the inspector pointed it out when he did the pre-install inspect. (I did an Angie's review of the electrician for this problem also). The roofing went well, most of the four days only one guy was assigned to work and he was on time every day. The last day they put 2 or 3 more on to get the job done - guess they had finished up somewhere else. I did not see them cut corners or scrimp on anything like our previous (unlicenced) contractor had. They did try to save us some dough by reversing some pieces of wood that had to be replaced. The inspector saw the sections and he said it was okay to do it The only complaint I had was they were supposed to clean out the gutters when finished and we had to call them back to do that (it was IN the contract)! Why did I go with Home Depot? #1 - We got 18 months financing! That makes it a whole lot easier to pay for than coming up with the full amount as soon as the job is done, so I could spread out the payments. And by the way, their bid was pretty much in line with everyone else's. Lowest was 8 something, highest was 11, HD was around 9. But that was before the wood replacement, so I expected an increase. Everyone told me HD was super expensive so I was surprised to get such a reasonable bid. #2 - the warranty. With other companies, I got a 5, 7 or 10 year warranty. HD's is 20. Period. You can't beat that. Plus, if I can add one more reason - they have a number you can call anytime and reach someone should any problems come up during or after install, and I can say I made use of it - and they acted. By the way, they agreed to accept full responsibility for the electrical mishap and gave us a credit on the bill for the electrician. Would I use them again? You betcha.

IT WAS GOOD. IT WAS VERY EASY. THEY ARRIVED ON TIME. IT WAS THE AMOUNT THAT THEY QUOTED. THE SET UP AND CLEAN UP WERE FINE. THEY DID EVERYTHING. I DIDN'T HAVE TO MAKE ARRANGEMENTS ASIDE FROM SETTING THE DATE.

IT WAS EXPENSIVE, BUT THE WORK LOOKS GREAT. IT'S VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY QUOTED ME THE PRICE AND CAME WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD COME. IT WAS VERY NICE. THEY LOOK LIKE BRAND NEW CABINETS AND THE CABINETS ARE OVER 60 YEARS OLD.

EXPERIENCE WAS VERY PLEASANT AND FAST. VERY CLEAN, NEAT, AND UNDERSTANDING TO MY NEEDS. I WOULD USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN FOR ALL MY HOME REPAIRS. VERY GOOD WORK.

I DON'T THINK I WOULD CALL THEM BACK AGAIN. I THINK I WOULD CALL SOMEONE ELSE. I THINK THE PERSON COULD HAVE BEEN BETTER. THEY WERE KIND OF SKUZZY LOOKING AND I KNOW THAT'S NO REASON.

THEY DID THE CARPETING AND FLOORING ALSO. THEY DID IT ALL IN ONE DAY, ALL THE ROOMS. THEY ARE VERY QUICK. THEY SEEM TO PICK THE RIGHT PEOPLE. THEY WENT RIGHT TO IT, IN ABOUT 1/2 HOUR THE STOVE WAS DONE.

THEY WERE GOOD. I WASN'T EVEN HERE WHEN THEY WERE INSTALLING THE STUFF. THEY WERE FINE. I WOULD HIRE THIS COMPANY FOR A FUTURE JOB.
