Does  not go well.  See above.
Propane tank was not installed for over two months, company got address wrong after repeatedly telling them what the correct address was on the phone as well as in writing.  Tank was topped off without order or consent.  Company refused to comply with requests on the phone and in writing.  Owners (both husband and the wife) are very unprofessional and nasty on the phone and in person.  Owners threaten to remove tank with my propane still in it, that is bought and paid for.  Owners insist that they have the right to fill the tank even when we have not asked, requested or demanded them to fill it, in fact they were told NOT to fill the tank until they were called with an order.
The contract is only for the rental of the tank and does not address, anywhere, how often they are to fill the tank.

OUR EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY WAS NOT VERY GOOD. THEY DID NOT SEEM VERY PROFESSIONAL AND THE QUALITY OF THEIR WORK WAS NOT VERY GOOD. THEY DID HAVE A PRETTY REASONABLE PRICE BUT OVERALL IT WAS NOT VERY GOOD.

I REALLY APPRECIATED THE WAY THEY CLEANED UP AS THEY MOVED, IT LEFT ME WITH NO WORRIES THAT I WOULD BE STUCK CLEANING UP AFTER THEM. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.

MIKE BISPO IS AN INDIVIDUAL WORKER. HE CAME OVER ALMOST IMMEDIATELY AFTER I CALLED, AND HAD IT DONE AND WORKING IN ABOUT A HALF HOUR. HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL, AND WAS SUCH A GENTLEMAN. I WILL DEFINITELY CALL HIM IF ANY MORE PROBLEMS ARISE.
