They did a good job and got rid of the pests. I had a yearly contract. I would certainly recommend them. They did a good job of identifying the exact location where the pests were. It was a treatment that was only to that specific area. It seemed to kill them off because I haven't seen any more pellets when I checked myself. It seemed to do the job pretty well and I didn't have to tent my house. They weren't perfect because they didn't put the insulation back and they didn't tell me that they didn't do that. Maybe they were thinking that if I needed to go back there again it would be easy but they should have at least told me they took down the insulation. That was kind of sloppy. They knew what they were doing. They found exactly where the pests were. The main job was done well and they are probably as good as anyone out there. The price was right. I was doing it for health reasons so the price was not an issue.

They were very thorough and I would recommend them. They are professional, they know what they are doing, and they are good guys.

They seemed pretty nice. It was a very confusing issue as to what was really going on with the house. An inspector came out and marked some spots which needed to be treated. We then had another inspector out. They didn’t want to treat a certain area because I had a painted ceiling and it had wiped out some of the marks that were made. So when the pest control guys came out, they said that they couldn’t treat something that wasn’t marked although they had a report that showed the general areas. They also agreed to come back if there was any further evidence of termites. The inspector had to come out to mark it and then they would come out to treat the areas. They have some products that last for 100 years but you have to have all the wall boards taken out in order to treat with those products. It seems to be the superior way to go. They don’t tell ahead of time about the damage. We got to that point only because we were persistent. It’s a strange business in some way. I prefer their products over other things. I didn’t compare their prices with other eco-friendly pest control companies.

The company did an excellent job. They quickly applied all the chemicals to the house and ground in a day.

They sprayed around the outside perimeter and under the house for sub terrain termites. They sprayed the attic, as a general preventative, for flying termites. They drilled some holes in the garage and put in poison for sub terrain termites. Their service was excellent. They came on time. They did what they said they would do. They were neat. They put some plastic sheeting on the floors. Everything was done the way they promised to do it. I don’t have a way to know if the treatments are going to be effective but they certainly did every thing they said they would do. They plugged the little holes up afterward. They gave good explanations.

I got three other quotes and Pacific Coast Termite had the cheapest price among all other companies. They did what they said they will do. I called them back because there was something that was not taken care of, they came and took care of it right away.

The work has been so far, so good, but they will have to come back.

Their response to our request for an estimate is non-existent. They stated that they needed to drill holes in our carport, which is not necessary, they did not inspect under the house.

Inspection appointment made within a few days of my phone call. Inspector courteous, professional and knowledgable. Treatment appointment made within a few days on a Saturday. Treatment providers were also courteous, professional and knowledgable. Process took 2 treatment providers about 4 hours. 2 year warranty. Did not have to leave house while work being performed. If this process really works, it seems far superior to traditional fumigation. Hopefully, next year there won't be termites flying out of my window frame.

I was very pleased in all aspects. I had not hired a termite company for about eight years, so the price was a bit of a shock, but I am sure this company is competitive. They certainly were thorough and professional. Pacific Coast provides a two year warranty, so if we see possible signs of termites, the company will come and treat as needed for no additional charge. After two years, it is our option to subscribe to an annual inspection.

I was looking for a way to exterminate termites without using poisons or having to move out of the house. Pacific Coast Termite was able to do this. I was home throughout the treatment. They arrived on time and were thorough. They left and my house smelled strongly of oranges. Opening some windows to air it out was all that I needed to do.
