After a great presentation by Joel, Tony and Pete arrived on time; got to work; finished in good time with quick cleanup. Best part: the condo is already so much cooler after this last heat spell!

I only regret that I have only one house to insulate! Guy, Joel, Pete and Tony are a long-time team and well-oiled machine--quick response, informative inspection, lower-than-expected estimate, work completed perfectly the next day.

They were great. They arrived when they said and did a great job. They finished the stucco so perfectly that once we had the house painted you literally cannot tell that we ever had any insulation blown in - very impressive.

Integrity & honesty

Pete and Tony arrived a little past supposed time to start. However, when they arrived they started immediately and worked diligently until the job was finished. Their cleanup was immaculate. They patched the stucco, texturized and painted with my matching paint. This was blown in cellulose walls and attic insulation. They were easy to work with and explained every step.

The were very professional.. Worked hard and completed the work.

They were about 30 min late for the 2 hr window. Once they arrived the 2 installers were professional and did the job as expected. The attic looks great and I'm hoping for lower utility bills.

They were running late, but did notify me that they would not be on time. The team of two were very accommodating and pleasant & worked well together. They were accepting that I am a "hands on" individual and like to follow & check on what is going on. The owner was exceptionally patient and answered various questions prior to the installation. I requested clean, new tarps to cover my pale carpeting to go under the long, trailing pipe, but only one was supplied necessitating supplying my own additional ones (I am a fussy homeowner). They did an excellent clean up job on completion.

The guys worked hard and overcame all obstacles with a good attitude. They did an excellent job.

Overall , it was a very good experience, office staff was very helpful, technitions were very quick and thourough ...will refer to family and friends

They finished the job quite quickly. They also did a quite good clean up job. However, one of the wall has uneven ceiling on both sides. The hallway outside the room has a lower ceiling. They did not pay attention and drilled useless holes on the top which they ended just patching them back. Holes are both useless and put unnecessary damage to the wall. Other than that, everything is pretty good. The owner called me back and the wokers came back and fixed the problem and I am pleased with the results.

2 guys came out. The first guy drilled holes along the house, and the second guy followed blowing the insulation into the holes. Guy #1 then went back to patch the holes, and they finished up by painting over the patches. The work was completed within a few hours, and no indication that they were ever here! Since then, we've had a cold spell, and a heat wave. My utility bill is about 40% less than it was. I figure this improvement will pay itself off by then end of the year. I highly recommend Bay Valley Insulation!

Arrived on time and completed the job in approximately one and a half hours. cleaned up after finishing. Delivered the product as specified. Very happy with the finished results.

The project is not complete. The attic was vacuumed and we are having air condition added, when that's complete Bay Valley will return and blow in new insulation. So far the work performed is excellent, the workers are great to work with.

Professional and courteous employees...even finished the back of the house as quickly as possible so I could let the dogs out sooner!

Reasonable pricing, flexible schedule and good workmanship. The company delivered services as promised.
