All four Bay Valley Insulation contacts were very courteous, professional and prompt: the owner, estimator, and two installers. The estimator gave us clear and honest explanations of insulation options based upon our insulation needs. Both installers were prompt and attended to details, including vacuuming when finished.

The rep arrived within the time frame to provide a quote. They made an appointment for the work the following week. Arrived on time, completed the work and did clean-up afterwards.

Very professional, asked ?'s, looked at requirements then offered a competitive price with quick installation. Also spent extra time answering questions - I did not need to contact another service for quotes, I was confident this was the company I wanted to use.

I had uneven heating within the home. I thought it was an insullation problem and contacted Bay Valley. They came out and checked my attic & exterior wall insulation. They suggested leaving the attic insullation alone since upstair spaces were usually warm and recommended adding blown insullation into the exterior wall on the first floor to eliminate the cold spots. The installers arrived on time and completed the job on time. They did a good job patching and painting the walls after installing the insulation (they forgot to paint one spot) and they did a good job cleaning up. The wall insulation has definitely made a difference!

Originally we planned to insulate under floors but Bay Valley agent pointed out that it would be more beneficial to add insulation to attic even though the fee they received for that was less than they would have earned for doing the under-floor insulation. Very helpful. Workers arrived at scheduled time, were very professional, worked quickly and did a good job of adding the insulation to the attic.

Installation was quick, clean and hassle-free. After the following winter season, I notices a 20 percent decrease in my gas bill. Summer months are very cool inside during the day, around 70 degrees inside while 80 degrees outside. It does radiate downward during the evening. Overall, having blown cellulose was one of the best things we did for the house.

Fast friendly quote. Accepted same day and was scheduled sooner then excepted. Job well done. I had wall insulation blown in. The job was so clean you cannot tell where wholes were originally drilled in stucco walls. Overall job done very fast. Very satisfied with Bay Valley Insulation.

kudos to the team that did my jobPete and Tony, attice and exterior walls. very friendly, capable and an excellent attitude when faced with un forseen complications that made the job more labor intensive....no extra charges and completed to satisfaction . From the owner G. Roth who handled and explained patiently my many calls and questions and to Joel who came out and did the estimations of the job. They made great suggestions for more a efficient job with no added costs. I much appreciated the helpful suggestions to give me options to accomplish what I wanted done.

The crew showed up on time, went right to work, completed the job and cleaned up very thoroughly. The home is tenant occupied and they had NO complaints and were surprised at how well they cleaned up. I had a couple of conversations with the owner and found him pleasant to do business with.

Returned calls on time, came on date requested, workers explained process and product information. Workers called ahead before arrivale. They were efficient and fast. Owner called after job was done to check with us and asked if everything went well.

I contracted for attic and wall blownin insulation. Received very quick response from Bay Valley and had a quote in hand within two days. This price seemed reasonable. They arrived at the time agreed upon, equipment troubles caused them not to finish the first day. They did complete the job on the second day. The clean up was good. They are a good company, they did a good job and used good materials.

They came over and gave me a quote. It was the highest quote, but they seemed to know what they were talking about the most. So we hired them. They did the job in 2 days, which is what we needed. Although, they did come late at night.

Excellent job with the insulation. Cleaned up well after the finish of the job. The details of the quote could have been clearer. The addition of the insluation makes a major difference in coolness of our house.

Great Job! I called them in the morning and my home was insulated by the evening. They had integrity by pointing out I already had some insulation in one wall of my home which they deducted from my total. They could have just charged me for the entire amount and I would have never known. They were friendly and very professional with a great price. I will gladly refer them to everyone I know. My only complaint was that some of my potted plants were not placed back along the house after they were finished.
