Workers came on time and did great job with the work. Our room is now much more enjoyable as the insulation keeps the room from getting too hot or too cold.

Technically very knowledgeable about this type of insulation. Gave me excellent insights, especially insulating areas to avoid mildew. They completed the rebate forms for me. The installers were great and did a good job. I had 2 minor reservatios: (1) they underestimated the time to do the job. The job took about 1 day, but they only allocated 1/2 day. (2) They worked in the rain. They were not happy about the results and came back the following day to redo certain areas. I wish that I would have called a halt to the work when it started raining, and I think they wish they had also. My heating bills have gone down.

They were the first to call us, set up estimattion appointment quickly, set up appointment for job completion quickly. Their work was very thorough - included more points of insulation insertion that I had expected.

Bay valley was honest and gave me a straight story. They didn't try to sell me things I didn't need. They also did a good job . Insulation was uniform and had good coverage.

they did a good job and worked hard. Until the weather gets hot I won't know if the insulation really works in keeping the heat down in an old house. But, they provided me with the city's rebate paperwork, finished in a timely fashion and went above what was expected to plug up some hard to reach areas with fiberglass batting so that the cellulose they were blowing in the walls would not fall out.

The estimator and the installers were very professional and courteous. They came on time and finished the job on time. The holes in the wall were patched and painted as promised. The new attic insulation looks great and we look forward to reduced bills and an increase in our comfort in summer and winter. I highly recommend this company

Installers were very professional. Explained the process and cleaned up after the installation. However, they forgot to put back the heavy bucket of paint where they got it from. Left it on the ground and I can't carry it. Overall, the project went well.

They were professional, friendly, and very honest. They were also prompt, and helpful in filing the PG&E Rebate paperwork. I would highly recommend this great team!

I very much appreciated the assistance of Bay Valley Insulation. They came out to assess how much insulation our house needed. They did a thorough examination of our home and determined that our home was already fully insulated. Although they stood nothing to gain from this examination, they were thorough and complete, and really took the time to look at each area I had requested, and then took additional time to explain the results. They also explained to me that it would help if I kept the chimney flu closed and that the house would benefit from replacing the windows. They were thorough, honest and professional.

Guy contacted me promptly. Spoke with me over the phone in length to explain pricing, procedure and insulation material. I hung up knowing I would probably hire this company. At appointment time, his crew was late, the machine to soundproof two walls stopped working for about 1/2 an hour. Crew eventually go the machine going again. The price was excellent and he took care of the PGE rebate. A job well done. My husband was happy with the job and price and I got koodos from my family. We are now warm and soundproofed. Thank you.

Great customer service, friendly & experienced staff. Pricing was competitive. Work was good, they were very thorough on getting insulation where ever they could. However, the stucco patchwork could have been better, hence only 4 stars instead of 5. I recommend Bay Valley Insulation and would/will use them again.
