Repeated promises that the carpet will be delivered "100% for certain" were broken. I would not know of new delivery dates unless I called or stopped by the store to get this information-was never informed proactively. When the carpet finally arrived (approx 2 mos after initial promise) for delivery, owner said he'd call me at 6pm. By 7pm, with no call, I left my home to attend to other business. He called later that night, approx 8:30 w/undecipherable message about delivery. Two days later was the earliest I could go by the store to find out what had happened. He informed me that he and his girlfriend delivered the rug 2 nights prior by throwing it over the fence-where it sat in the rain for 1 day. I went home and discovered it inside a never-used gate. I will NEVER use them again, nor will I recommend them for anyone else. I don't know that I've ever experienced such unprofessional behavior from a store owner.
