He was very quick with the response time and was professional and friendly. Also he was very knowledgeable and he cleaned up after the job.

My attempts to fix a leaking freezer were unsuccessful. I did not have the necessary tools to remove the back panel from the freezer and empty the drain pan. After Woody removed the clog from the drain, he proceeded to make sure that all the ice was gone, the drain was unplugged, and all the pieces were back in their proper place. Looking at the material that clogged the drain--even if I could have gotten past the panel, I could not have cleaned the drain. He saved me from buying a new refrigerator.

They returned my call within the hour (which I am finding is unusual, unfortunately!), came out when promised and were very friendly and professional. Since I didn't need repair, he gave me ideas to solve my problem and told me to call back within 30 days if the problems isn't solved (included in estimate price). I have found my new appliance repair company!

I called G & H and got a call back right away. He was friendly, was able to schedule an appointment very quickly and did a great job of keeping me informed of where we were in the process as far as ordering parts and whatnot. Would definitely call again.

Woody the repairman arrived on time, diagnosed the problem, provided an accurate quote and fixed the problem quickly. A follow up call to insure that all was well was an unexpected courtesy. I will use this provider again.

The repair was well done - Woody was informative and pleasant and showed me important bits about the stove as he worked. He had to take a fair amount apart to get to the spark controller (after verifying my diagnosis that this was the problem). He put in a new unit, reassembled it, and then tested it.

After inspecting the washing machine and determining I did not know how to fix the problem, I contacted G & H Appliance Repair. Wooley showed up as scheduled and determined and resolved the problem, which turned out to be operator error. In addition he examined and did some minor maintenance on the clothes dryer. Very professional, friendly, and communicates well.

I follow up with my tenants to make sure the job was completed to their satisfaction, here's what they said: Yes, all is well now with the dishwasher. We also wanted to let you know that Woody was a pleasure to work with. His communication and professionalism is excellent. We felt very comfortable having him in our apartment and would welcome him back should additional work be necessary on something else. The company returned our calls, showed up on time, gave us an estimate, ordered our parts and performed the work within the estimated time frame. The job was actually completed under the estimated amount due to the fact that the hours spent for the repair were less than originally planned. Woody was the gentleman that came to our home and we were very pleased with him both personally and with his work ethic. He was friendly, considerate, honest and was even kind to our dogs. We would use this company again and recommend them to our friends. Our appliances are working great. In this day and age when every penny counts it is great to know that there are companies out there that understand and are willing to do a great job for a fair price. We really appreciate Woody and his company.

I called G&H and set an appointment. Woody arrived within the time frame. He quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced the ignitor - within the first 1/2 hour. The charge was $90 for the service call which included the first half hour. The part was about $68 (that includes tax), for a total of $158. My oven now works perfectly and heats quickly. Woody was very nice and professional. He even looked at my refrigerator kick plate that would not stay in place. He suggested an easy fix that I could do. All that in the first half hour. It was a pleasure to do business with G&H and I will call them for any future appliance problems, and I have not hesitated to tell some of my neighbors about them. I was 100% satisified. I highly recommended G&H.

I called G and H and left a message. I had a return call within an hour. They had the parts ordered based on my description of what was wrong and came to fix it the first time I had available. Repair went easily, I got a thorough explanation of the problem and the fix and was able to go about the rest of my day. Superb service!

Woody is skilled, friendly, punctual and seeks to give you the cheapest repair possible. I will gladly use him again for all the needs at my rental units.

Actually tried to schedule Sears repair but they had a 10 day wait. Decided to use Angies list and called G&H based on ratings. I will definetly call them for all future appliance repairs.

I was satisfied with the work. He explained that collaboration can be done by the customer if it doesn't exceed 35 degrees, so no repair was needed.

G and H Appliance Repair is a one man operation. They were on time. The cost was very close to what they quoted me over the phone. They were local. The work was done in less than an hour. We liked that G and H Appliance Repair is a local company. Cost wise the work was much more reasonable than what we probably would have had to pay a plumber. I would go back to G and H Appliance Repair to have work done on my appliances.

I realized that our food was starting to sweat, because our refrigerator wasn't as cold as it should be. I called G&H on a Monday morning at 8am and they came out and fixed our refrigerator at 1pm that same day. The actual repair took less than 15 minutes. He had the right part with him and fixed our refrigerator and was out the door in less than 20 minutes. He even swept up all of the dust bunnies behind our refrigerator. I would definitely recommend G&H for appliance repairs.

Called on Tuesday. Debbie said that someone would come between 10-1pm next day. Woody came at 10:30am. Fastest service call I had seen. He was able to diagnose the dryer as broken blower wheel, had the part, and had it replaced and done in 15-20 minutes. Impressive. For the washer, he checked the belt, but turns out it was the coin spring. He cleaned it, got it working again in about 20-25 minutes. Took about 1 hours from start to finish. He charges $48.95 for the service call, $20/half hour labor, + materials

He took apart what he had to inside the machine and replaced some "agitator dogs" which he gave to me. He ran the machine for awhile and tested it while explaining what might be required in the future.

Great experience -- told Woody that was the fastest service call I'd ever seen.

They showed up on time and it only took them about twenty minutes to get the job done. They were great!

Called Sunday evening. They were there Monday morning to complete the repair. Very friendly and knowledgeable.
