Rick Caty did an excellent job of repairing and reinstalling my broken Roman Shade. The Shade had become inoperable because of broken pull cords. Rick came to my house, looked at it and gave me a firm estimate for repair. About an hour later, my broken Roman Shade was working like new! He kept to the estimated cost, and I will call him whenever I have a window issue, either installing something I have purchased or repairing something that has broken.
