Great service and excellent price for repair

Fantastic experience from beginning to end! It's amazing what a difference a professional who knows what they're doing makes. Rick was great to work with, knows his job and knows what looks good. He offered good advice about how to hang our curtains and where to put the rods. Excellent job and you can really tell he's experienced.

Rick followed up immediately after I left a voice mail. He came out the very same day, arrived on time, and was able to repair my pleated shade at my house within 15 minutes. Rick is friendly and knew what he was doing. He saved me having to drive 45 minutes to have my shade repaired by 3 Day Blinds. He will be the first one I will call for repair and for new blinds from now on.

We had just moved into a new house and my husband attempted to hang new curtain rods, but ended up putting several holes in the wall and tried to hang the brackets sideways. I got impatient and told him to stop before he did more damage. I immediately went to my computer to find someone, and happened upon HomeAdvisor, who referred me to Rick Caty's Window Treatments. I called and left a message, and Rick immediately returned my call. He came out that same evening, removed a set of vertical blinds, hung 2 curtain rods, and had all the drapes hung in less than an hour, and for a reasonable price! I will aabsolutely call Rick again!
