Fallbrook Auto Works

He was fantastic.  He is just independent, great and honest.  I will recommend him highly to anybody.

I had taken my car to someone else and they were not able to fix it after three tries and he was able to fix it the first time. He is honest, does a great job, and gets it done right the first time.

This is my first experience with Eric Heyneman and Fallbrook Auto Works and I was impressed by his skills, honesty, and personal dedication to his business. I liked the idea of a local shop standing behind their work and felt it was well worth the extra money. | |The job was difficult. Unfortunately Eric was not satisfied with the results, he wanted it to shift smoother. We talked and he wanted to take it apart and find the problem (nicked seal within). | |This time, because we were out of sync with his other scheduled jobs the timing for completion was harder to nail down. I had to leave town before the car was ready and my wife needed a reliable car to take me to the airport and get around while I was gone. I decided to rent a car but when I got home Eric called and offered one of his personal cars as a loaner. This guy is very considerate for sure. I think he really went above and beyond the call of duty because the job was taking more than twice the original estimated time to complete. | |We got the car back and it is running great. He wants us to bring it back after 500 miles to be sure everything is working fine and I plan to have him replace our valve cover gaskets replaced. | |We moved to Fallbrook 2+ years ago. This is my first experience with Eric and his shop. We are relieved to find as good a mechanic and person as Eric is. Added advantage is that he is young enough so he won't be retiring anytime soon!

They are our regular mechanics. The work was just as expected. It was a good job and was done professional.

The work was very good. I think they were very responsive to do the job immediately when I needed it. They delivered on time.

He's just amazing! If you need anything repaired, he can take care of it. He has been able to take care of a problem that the dealership could not fix. I had taken my Mitsubishi Eclipse to four different places and no one could find the problem. I took my car to Eric and he found it was a computer issue. I had been trying to have this problem resolved for four months and he was able to resolve it in three days. His prices are fabulous and his service is outstanding.

He's informal and gave me a good price. He's very busy, but he gets stuff done and gets it done right. He also got it done fairly quickly. He also did a couple extra things that were in the area of the problem. He changed the fuel filter and I had just had it done 6 months earlier. He instantly took it off the bill when I told him this. He's a good guy. You never see people just standing around there.
