Description of Work: Cleaned house minus two bedrooms. Used too much lemon furniture polish - left the tables oily and easy to gather fingerprints.

Description of Work: This is a company that places their employees, not contractors, in client's homes for housecleaning. You can get weekly, every 2 weeks, once a month etc. service. I was with them over a year and then I terminated this company. Of all the house people who came here, about 2 or 3 were really good. I wanted one particular person who was excellent but she is not available now due to personal reasons. I had many teams (of 2 people) come here and it's tough to explain over and over again what and how to do things. On the whole the quality was average except for the 2 or 3 cleaners who were here. As time went one, I could see how 2 people would each take 2 hours to clean my house (total is counted as 4 hours, which I'm not surprised). My house is ony 1880 sq ft with 2 bathrooms and 3 smallish bedrooms, one of which, functions as an office. I got the feeling that the team was rushing the cleaning to be able to fit in all the assigned clients for that day. I also learned that the cleaning team only gets 43% of the total fee. I was shocked. The company took 57% of the fee and they had just increased the rates, only last Fall! I tried to give a good tip to the cleaners as they would wipe the ceiling fans, clean light fixtures and do a great job with the floor washing. One day I rec'd a call from the management team saying they are taking too long to clean here (NOTE: the contract does NOT have a time limit for a job to be completed). The lady said it was not cost effective. I said they already charge enough and depend on the clients to heavy tip the cleaning teams. I also gave them extra for the xmas holidays! I don't like greed in any shape or form.

Description of Work: Was disappointed, landlord was not happy with the job ,called merry maids back they came out and corrected the problem. But should of been right the first time.

Description of Work: I signed up for a bi-weekly service so I got a special price on a deep cleaning. They did an amazing job, two people cleaned from 9:30-4:30. They brought their own products and were very cafeful with our belongings. They did deep cleaning, which including a lot of scubbing and dusting. I would definitely recommend them and am looking forward to their return.

Description of Work: We hired them before using our current maid service but even though the maids were very pleasant and nice, we just felt they missed too many areas in the home and didn't do what they said they would do. I don't really have anything too positive or negative, but I wouldn't use them again.
