 + -1 moreOne of the worst customer service experiences of my life. I have a back up battery that only Baker Electric is certified to work on. I have been working with Baker and the battery company for over two months to get it running. We had finally got the final issue identified. I called Baker electric to set up a service call. Three days later they call back. I get the same answer i got last time 326.00 minimum to come out and look to see if we can fix it. They tell me they have an issue with the battery company but will not provide me with what that issue is so I can come up with a plan. I asked if they can help me or not. I do not get a straight answer. When I get frustrated they just say OK we can't do it. I had Baker Electric install my solar a few years back. I guess return business is not important. I will not ever recommend Baker Electric in the future.
