Description of Work: Antac recommended a company to remove our attic insulation and replace it after rodent infestation. The recommended company was more than 2 times the cost of another that I found. The latter company did an excellent job - no nonsense

Description of Work: Super easy to schedule an appointment and I love the fact that they call to remind you about your upcoming appointment. Also, my window of time was 9-11am and Anthony came right at 9. I was also impressed by the fact that when they had to reschedule the first appointment they offered me a Saturday even though they don't work on Saturdays during this time of year -- as a way to make up for my inconvenience. Anthony came, he sprayed for silverfish, was extremely polite and personable and I was extremely satisfied.

Description of Work: Antac sends out someone monthly to inspect for gophers. They call ahead, fill out a report and leave it. They don't hassle about getting paid or push any contracts or services you haven't asked for. .

Description of Work: What a pleasure it was to deal with Antac and their personnel. We had a hive in our cinder wall and after the first treatment, they came back a week later and were extremely mad. Another individual came out and sprayed them again. This time they seemed to leave, however, we figured they had left a honeycomb behind. The next day yet another of their employees came out and had to take about some of our cinderblock wall in order to get to their honeycomb. Sure enough, there was a area behind the wall that the bees had created a honeycomb in the area that they had cleared out. Justin was able to get the honeycomb out and put the wall back together within a very short period of time. We were extremely pleased and would use them again.

Description of Work: We discovered a bee hive in a palm tree next to our driveway. They were in the area and were able to come by within a couple of hours to take a look. The rep, (think his name was Bradley, sorry if I have that wrong). He thinks they are just waiting until they move on. Recommends waiting a couple of days and if they do not move on, to call them back. He was very freindly and professional.

Description of Work: I had dyy wood termites in my home in a loading bearing wall between my kitchen and dining room. Also had termites on several areas of facia board. In addition I had hugh cockroaches in my garage, silverfish in my upper bathroom and spiders everywhere. They met with me, assessed the problem and came up with a plan. The termite divison is separate from the regular pest control unit. They gave me the options and the effectiveness of each in regards to the termits. I did not want to tetn the house because I live in a duplex and the neighbors next door had a newborn. Therefore I picked the heat treatment for the termites and boric acid for the roaches,ants, and silverfish. All treatment worked very well. I have signed up for the bimonthly plan for the regular pests and it the roaches and silverfish are gone. No only are they very friendly and imformative but they are responsive to me needs. I like that no organophospate poisons are used just boric acid. I do not have to worry about poison residue for my pets or humans. Great company.

Description of Work: We had underground termites as well as termites in the exposed part of the garage inside. We also had rats in the attic. Josh was very good about responding immediately to our concerns. He did a careful inspection. We had holes drilled around the house through the cement. No breakage or cracks. The workman also sprayed the exposed wood in the garage and attic with termite retardant. We had TAP insulation blown into the attic to help prevent the return of the termites. Before the insulation was put in, we called and said we were worried that the insulation would just provide a nest for the rats, so Josh took us seriously and came out and put rats traps in the attic. Then, the insulation was sprayed in. We work all the time, so Antac was very good about coming out even when we weren't home to do the work. Everything was cleaned up and nothing was broken or damaged or missing. We recommend them highly.
