They honored the original quote they had given me, which was a relief compared to some of the other quotes I received. Getting a full re-roof was a big investment, and I was a bit anxious about the whole process, but the team at Top Pros Construction delivered beyond expectations. The roof was extremely old, and during the removal, they discovered a total of six layers on most of the roof and nine layers on the flat area! This meant more debris to haul, additional work, and extra cost, but the team was extremely fair with the price. They also helped me secure an HVAC contractor to remove and reinstall the HVAC unit after the roofing was completed, which was a huge relief. Not all roofers I contacted previously had offered this. In just two weeks (after the permit approval), I got my new roof along with a full attic cleaning and insulation. My house looks brand new! Top Pros Construction did a fantastic job—the process was smooth, the team was polite and respectful, and communication was excellent. They worked hard, were incredibly honest, and delivered on everything they promised and more. My yard was cleaned, and tools were put away each day.
