We totally gutted the kitchen, bathroom, powder room and guest closet at the hallway. This was on top of rewiring all the electrical wires and re-plumbing, paint few rooms and repair some plumbing issues that we had at the backyard. The overall work of the team and the supervisor were excellent from the beginning all the way to the end. They always were at the house in the morning and they finished the project on schedule. The workers made sure always that the working areas at the house will be clean and in order after each working day and even though we stayed at the house while the work was in progress . They showed us how they really did their best to leave the house as livable as they could. Adam was a truly kind and professional by all means. He was easy to approach and talk to, he always returned our calls the same day and he was always relax and finding solutions to unexpected problems was nothing less than an easy task for him. The remodeling project ended on the promised budget and also on time. We have no complaints of any kind in regards to the remodeling work and we have no doubts that A. We will hire them again. B. Allen was at our house each day, made sure that all the daily tasks were finished in a timely manner and made sure that all the craftsmanship meets or even surpassed our expectations. He made many recommendations such as the materials, finishes etc…During the remodeling, we were living at the house while the working crew made sure to respect our privacy and to do a great job while sealing and separating the working area from the living space. We found Adam through several web sites and we thought he can be a perfect match for our home remodeling project. We hired him to remodel our master bathroom, master bedroom and kitchen after a while that we thought on how to do it, what to do and collect ideas. Adam set with us and heard everything we want and on our second meeting, he brought additional ideas that improved our thoughts and made the remodeling much better. The work also included the removal of 2 columns at the kitchen area; redesign and rebuilt the whole kitchen with all the new countertops and backslashes. In the master bedroom and bathroom Adam demolished it to the grounds and rebuilt it based on what we wanted and needed. During the remodeling work, we were not at the house and we counted completely on the communication skills of Adam and frankly enough… his communication skills were perfect for us with a lot of daily calls and texts that often came with current pictures of the whole remodeling progress. Luxcess Home by SOD Builders is by far the most professional home improvement company that I have ever dealt with or even hired! A truly pleasure people to have at my house. The remodeling project that they did at my house was completed in a timely manner. Before we started the work, we told Avi that we have a small timeframe for the kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms remodeling because we will move out from our current house very soon and there for we have to move in to the new house that we just purchased. The total time we had was 10 weeks including the moving. Avi promised us that everything will be ready by that time and he did kept his promise! Luxcess Home by SOD Builders managed the remodeling of our house after we had a fire that destroyed most of the house. Our home required to remodel completely the kitchen area, bedrooms and the garage. It also required to reframe several sections in order to bring it to a livable stage. Allen and his team did all the hard work while the office took care of all the permits, insurance, orders and more…. Luxcess Home by SOD Builders is a truly pleasure company to work with. I’ve had few quotes before I decided to hire Luxcess Home by SOD Builders. I wanted to have them because I really wanted to be sure that I will get the maximum value for my money’s. The first meeting that I had with Luxcess Home by SOD Builders was by far the most satisfying & qualified and mainly very productive. I got a realistic overview of what I can do, how much I should spent & how long will it takes the remodeling project to be completed. I did inform Avi (my project supervisor) how and what I wanted from the design stage to the style and color of the marble counter top, the sink, the windows, the doors, the ceiling fixtures all the way to the color of the hardware and walls that I wanted to have. Surprisingly to me, everything was followed according to the plan. The working crew was always on time & polite at all times. All my questions were addressed professionally. The overall results were excellent! This company is extremely honest & skilled. Soon I will hire them again for additional work that I want to do. Great experience. We just had our house remodel completely by Luxcess Home by SOD Builders and we couldn’t be happier and satisfied. Our remodeling first started with the demolition of the spaces (kitchen, living room and dining room) which honestly made us feel that we made the right decision by hiring the right people for the job. Our feelings got stronger and stronger when the kitchen start to get his new shape and look. Our Project Manager, Adam took the old kitchen, living room and dining room and made it to a large open space with several skylights openings which made the house look like a completely brand new house. Delays, personal tools used, property damaged, moved, leaks, many many subcontractors

After meeting with several companies for our complete kitchen and 2 bathrooms remodeling project, we gave our contract to Luxcess Home by SOD Builders and we are happy we did. From the beginning, they were very professional, clean, straight, and dependable while the final results of the work is no less than an amazing kitchen and bathrooms that we truly love. Our project manager was Adam. Adam and his professional working team came in, measured everything and provided us with a great and fair estimate for the whole work. From start to end, Adam organized everything and we talked to him on a daily basis. He informed us via text messages to assure that everything was clean when the working crew left for the day. We were astonished that even during the demolition stage, there was no dust in the other rooms at the house. The quality of all the cabinets is beyond outstanding and the workmanship for installation is perfect. The company designer gave us several ideas of design and we were able to generate the best one for our needs. During the work, we kept asking for changes until we were very happy with how it came out. We do recommend Luxcess Home by SOD Builders for any type and style of any remodeling project. Right after we interviewed 4 other construction companies, we knew that Adam was the only one that we should hire to remodel our two bathrooms and kitchen. Adam was honest with us from the beginning, proved to be truly hardworking, on time and that his main focus was to leave this remodeling project within our budget. His whole working crew was clean and very skilled as well. Adam was in constant communication with us during the whole remodeling process and he kept up in the loop in regards to anything that was involved with the work. Adam made sure to visit our house daily while making sure that he is satisfied with the progress and mainly that we love the work that they do. Terrible! Very unprofessional. I should have known to be suspicious of all A reviews. Called this week to have an in home estimate.. scheduled for today, received email confirmation. 1 hr window. 10am was the appt time. They no showed, never called. My husband took the morning off of work to meet with them. When we called the main number at 11:30am (1 1/2 hrs after our appt time) to ask what happened.. they said there was an “emergency”. No one would be able to come today. You can always call a potential client if there is an emergency. If you cant even be professional about a quote time why would I trust that you would be professional with my time and money. Totally let down by Angies list. The customet service line wasnt even sincere when they said they were sorry. This business doesnt deserve my money, time or anyones for that matter.

Several months ago me and my Husband were thinking of doing a complete remodeling for our kitchen and living room because we felt it is about time to get new energies at the house. Our kitchen and living room were outdated and the paint needed to get a fresh coat and some repairs too. We knew what we liked but we didn’t have any idea how and what do to. We called SOD builders after we got their information from a friend who lives in the bay area and hired them for his house and apparently they did a wonderful job there. After we spoke to their office in the Bay Area, they referred us to their office in Los Angeles and we scheduled a meeting with their rep Gal. During our meeting, we explained Gal what we like, what we have in mind and what our budget for that project is. Gal came up with a perfect kitchen and living room design which looks like he read our minds and put it on a paper. The work went without any problem, no delays and no stress. We love our kitchen and living room area and we will definitely recommend them and hire them again.

Avi and the whole team at SOD builders did an entire remodeling project for us by adding a second floor to our house. They were remarkable people to work with, reliable and polite while Avi and the office staff focused of keeping the budget within the agreed one. Avi was very structured, kept our project on the timely schedule and during the entire work, he made sure to avoid any hidden charges or increases in the price due to several changes we had. We had complete assurance that Avi and his team ARE the right people to work at our home. The office designer provided her professional help based on the design goals and vision, helping to select fixtures, colors etc… which made this remodeling very easy and stressful. We highly recommend SOD builders! Adam worked with us on the complete remodeling project of our kitchen. The work included the complete design and implementation. That remodeling process was based on a daily work that was managed by Adam. Besides Adam, we worked with SOD builders office staff that was in charged to order all the materials, making sure that everything will be delivered to our house on time and to provide us with any paperwork that was part of the remodeling. We can clearly state that everyone on the SOD builder’s team were patient, professional and hardworking people no matter what issue was raised during the work. SOD builders just finished our remodeling project for our master bathroom including the master bedroom plus few other tasks at our house which part of them were the installation of new backsplash and countertops in the kitchen. Gal and his team were professional the whole time of the work. During our first meeting with Gal, he explained to us how his approach to supervising the remodeling project and that his main interest is to ensure that they do the remodeling project before preparing the legal documents for us to sign. From that moment, our experience with them was excellent including the company designer. We love the results of the remodeling that they did for us and it’s a huge add-on to our house. SOD builders recently finished our complete kitchen remodeling project at our investment house. They were great people to work with during the entire remodeling. The in-house designer of SOD builders was very helpful by talking to us and understanding what we want to get and need in the kitchen. Our meetings with the designer was a good stage in determining the perfect layout. The construction work was smooth and by far surpassed our expectations! Our project manager (Avi) was on top of everything during the entire time. He made sure to inform us about each step that was completed and he also made sure to email us with videos and pictures of the work. The construction quality was excellent as well. SOD builders completely upgraded our new house with a completely new kitchen, hardwood floors subway tile and home automation features, new interior whole wood doors, including new paint all around the house, ceilings and crown moldings. All of the work that they did, was finished on time and within the approved estimate that was given to us by Oren. Oren is knowledge, very skilled contractor, a truly problem solver and he did more than he should in order to make us happy and satisfied with our house remodeling project. Our remodeling project was a huge success and we feel that we got much more than what we were promised.

The Team from SOD builders was outstanding team to work with and to have at our house. From the initial consultation that we had with Allen all the way to the final remodeling project, we were really happy and pleased with each stage and step of the work. We definitely couldn’t be happier. The top quality (materials, finish products and method of working) of everything they did or purchased for us was great. Our remodeling project was divided to 2 sections: inside the house (New Kitchen, New bathrooms and bedrooms) and the outside (Back yard and front yard landscape and hardscape). In the back yard they converted it from something pretty much useless to something that we use on a daily basis. Inside the house they demolished the sections of the remodeling, designed and build new spaces. All the involved crew were at the house on a daily basis and on time while they worked full days and sometimes even longer. At the end of each day, they even did a great job by cleaning up the job site and really proved us that they take a huge pride in the work they do. We have already referred them to our closes friends.

I hired SOD builders to re-do my entire house that I recently purchased and planned to live in. I hired SOD builders to design and implement the construction of the Kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, hallways, front yard and back yard. Avi and Ehud were the main people that I worked with and after several meetings and conversations about what I want to get, they were able to come up with the draft design that included everything I wanted and it fit my style and budget. The draft design was polished and finalized and I gave the approval for the work to start. They were very flex with the entire remodeling project and they even did several changes that came up during the work and they didn’t charge me for them. Any bump that appeared during the construction, the entire team was on top of it and they were able to find the right solution that worked out very well and they took the required measures to remedy the situation to my satisfaction. The team including Avi and Ehud were very responsive to any of my phone calls, e-mails and even text messages and the working crew were skilled and courteous. I would recommend them to anyone!
