Kevin came when he said he would come and did great work. He price was very fair. He actually stayed longer than what he charged for. He also said he likes to do extra special work for Angies List members.

Quote was true to the final bill. Used as much of the old fence material as he could. Majority of the cost was in labor as he spent a lot of time removing old concrete to put in a new post for one of the fences. Both fences now work great. Professional and pleasant. Will use again.

The work performed by Kevin went very well. I am pleased with his work and would definitely use him again.

The job that he did was absolutely perfect. He refused to charge me the full fee as he took less than an hour to finish the work. He is incredibly ethical, and I am really very happy to have found him. I like everything about him. He arrives on time and calls me before he comes here to make sure I am here to receive him. He does the work perfectly and cleans up perfectly after himself. His rates are very reasonable. I have recommended him to others. The thing I recommended him for was to clean the gutters around my roof, and he did an incredibly good job. Another friend also used him for this.

Came here on the spur of the moment late at night with a water-disposal-plumbing issue. Couldn't fix it, didn't charge us, was honest, tried hard, and would use him again.

The experience was 100% positive. Kevin arrived exactly when he said he would. He was very pleasant and businesslike. He worked solidly for three hours, doing the job perfectly and doing more than he was asked. He cleaned up everything and left the yard and driveway spotless. I would definitely use him again.

I called Kevin as he had recently and satisfactorily completed tile work in my kitchen (previously reviewed and rated). Kevin suggested several options for replacement or repair. One of the reasons I like Kevin is that he is honest and doesn't try to "upsell". We decided to go for the repair work which meant cementing the pole to the ground. This was the most economical. We were very pleased with the finished work. He surrounded the pole with cement at an angle - like a pyramid) so water would roll off. Wow, great idea!

I called several listed handymen before choosing Kevin. I described what the problem was to each of the handymen I spoke with - 2 tiles in my kitchen had popped up and I needed them to be re-cemented and grouted. One of the handymen - wish I remembered who it was - said it would cost approximately $200.00! No problem... and how much would 4 tiles cost? my firstborn?? Another one had this macho complex and kept calling me 'honey'. Anyway, Kevin ended up doing the job. He was a pleasure in every way. He was polite, professional in his work, very fair priced considering the work was time consuming as he had to carefully remove both tiles as they were only partially detached, and when he was through he cleaned everything including the tiles -- so he left the place cleaner than before he arrived. I just called Kevin today for another job, which reminded me to send this rating in.

He is nice with the tenants and professional. He came in and there was an issue with a door and plumbing that he took care of. He's just wonderful and does what he says he will do. He is reasonably priced as well.

What I thought was going to be a terrific experience was exactly the opposite.

It went great. I like people who ask what to do and then go do it. That's what Kevin did. No superfluous chatter or questions; exactly what I look for.

Kevin did a great job with all the things we had for him. I prepared a list of things for him to do, and when I saw that he was getting close to being done with the job, I would tell him the next thing he could fix. However, when he reached a roadblock, I made some suggestions to accomplish the task. I think Kevin works better if you work with him as a team.

He could not had been more pleasant and was a real pro!

Kevin was a bit difficult to get hold of at first, but showed up as promised and performed excellent work. He was very honest about what he can and cannot do, and was an absolute pleasure to have around. We strongly recommend Kevin for handyman services.

He does small repairs for plumbing, electrical, painting, etc. and I would continue to use him He is very knowledgeable.
